Damon felt something prick his body roughly and he quickly turned around to find out what caused that painful sensation on his skin only to find Victor with an empty syringe in his hand, his face having this devilish smirk he'd grown tired of seeing.

Before he could utter a word, he suddenly felt weak, his whole body began to give way and in less than a minute, he fell to the floor with a soft thud and he let out a low weak groan.

"You won't be getting away that easily, you piece of trash, you think you can come here and leave here alive!?" Victor boomed and Damon looked up, his eyes blurry but he could still make out the figures in front of him.

"Honey, where are the divorce papers?" Victor asked the stunned-looking woman who seemed to be in a fright.

"Celena! Where the hell are the divorce papers, he needs to sign them." Victor asked angrily and the daze-looking woman snapped out of her trance.
