David was not pleased that Lilian was the one Stefanie called to save them the trouble.

"What did you expect me to do?" She asked him. "There was no one else to call, it was just my sister."

Lilian walked out of the car and immediately she got out, Stefani went at her.

Lilian wordlessly took out a credit card and handed it over to her sister.

"Thank you." Stefanie took it. "I owe you."

"Ew." Lilian screwed her face. "Don't say that to me like we are now cool or something."

Stefanie rolled her eyes and left, she went in to pay what they owe.

It was now just Lilian and David, they were looking straight into each other's eyes, but no one was willing to say anything.

Finally, David exhaled.

"Thanks," David said.

"So you can't afford to pay for a meal?" She mocked him. "What kind of sick joke is this?"

"Something happened, I surely didn't plan for this." He said.

"Look, I may not like my twin very well, but the last thing I want is for her to get into some kind of embarrassment
