David was beyond surprised, many shocking things were happening to him today, and he couldn't even comprehend it.

This old man was bowing down to him? And a referral of his father?! The man he never knew?!

He has been poor all his life, barely being able to afford food.

And now a very rich man was saying that he works for his father?!

He wanted to doubt everything and conclude it to be a dream, but yet, no one came to harass him for all the bottles he broke. So maybe it wasn't a dream.

The man laughed at the confusion on his face, David didn't have the strength to laugh.

"I'm confused," David confessed. " I don't have a father."

" You do." The man said. " And he is a very wealthy man."

David wiped his jaw as he looked at the man.

" Don't worry, it will all make sense to you very soon." The man assured.

He took out a special type of card and handed it to David.

David took it and ran his hand over the card. It was black and the numbers were punched into the card with gold lining.

David looked up at him.

" What's this?" He asked. He genuinely didn't know.

" A card with a 500 million limit," Gary said. " Make sure you spend responsibly."

David's jaw dropped to the ground.

Did the man just say that the card contained five hundred million Dollars?!

That was unlimited money to him!

He didn't even have the time to ask more questions for clarity.

The man was gone and the cars sped away by the time he looked up.

David stood there and watched till the cars disappeared. The card was in his hand, he didn't know what to do.

After standing there for a while, he sighed and pushed his hair back. He slided the card into his pocket.

His phone beeped, he had just received a message. It was very short.

**" In three days, we will meet."**

It was a strange message that he didn't understand completely.

The door flung open and the head of the waiters came out, with his hands folded. He has a softer look on his face.

" Sorry for the rough way, my boys and I treated you." He apologized. " Please come in for a drink, courtesy of me."

David was surprised that the people who threatened him were now apologizing, he wanted to say something, but his phone interrupted him.

The call was from Ethan, his friend, and that made him pick up the call even faster.

" Yes, Ethan, what's up?" He asked.

His face went from bad to worse. He held his hand into his head and sighed again and again.

" You have got to be kidding me.", He heaved. " I'm on my way."

David had just received a call from Ethan, his best friend from college.

Ethan and Dre worked in an automobile car shop, he had gotten a distress call from Ethan.

They were his friends, and he was like the mother of the best, that was why he ran down to the car shop when he got the call.

The moment he walked in, he saw Ethan and Dre in the corner of the shop, near an expensive Jeep.

The fat manager was in his squeaky chair, drinking coffee from a cup.

Ethan and Dre saw David and their fear-filled eyes lighted up.

The fat man angrily stood up from his seat and it squeaked.

" You are the friend who has come to help compensate for them?!" He asked.

David looked at his scared friends and exhaled.

" Not until I know what happened." He shrugged.

" Yeah, I will tell you what happened." The man grunted. " Your imbeciles of friends bashed my car against the wall and dented it!"

He pointed at the car and true to his words, it was dented near the front tire.

" We didn't dent it, David, it was there the whole time," Ethan murmured.

" I will tell you what was there the whole time!" The fat man yelled. " Your empty brain that can't remember anything!"

"Please, sir, don't do this to us!" Dre begged.

" Compensate me for the dent or I will call the police right now!" He threatened.

David let out a low sigh, this was a very expensive car.

Dre and Ethan were shaking and he knew he had to get them out of this trouble immediately.

"Fine, fine." David rubbed the bridge of his nose. " How much is the damage?"

He saw the shock on Ethan and Dre's faces. They knew that he didn't have any money. Or they thought.

The fat man gave David a nasty look and laughed to mock him.

" You think you can pay me back?" He eyed David. " You're just a poor church rat."

" How much?" David was getting impatient.

" If you wish to know, a brand new model of this car is a million dollars. " Fat man said. " For this spoiled car, I will take half price for the damage done."

" Five hundred thousand dollars?!" Ethan shrieked. " That's over the top!"

" It's either that or calling the police!" The man laughed. " You two will rot in jail for even considering touching my car."

" This is so unfair!" Dre held his head, imagining the horror. " I haven't seen that kind of money in my whole life!"

" We didn't even do it!"

David was trying to calm the situation, but Dre and Ethan were in too much distress to keep calm.

The fat man was laughing at them because he thought he could disgrace them and put them in jail.

The noise was getting even louder and louder until a boom sounded behind them.

" What's going on?!"

The voice silenced all of them immediately.

They turned around to see the owner of the car shop. This was David's first time meeting her, but he knew she was called Miss Rosie.

He was taken aback by the sight of the beautiful lady that his friends worked for. She had a frown on her beautiful face.
