It’s already been two days since the announcement of the Representative tournament.
Gabriel attended the Dojo to train regularly everyday but he felt alienated among his fellow students. The rest of the white Gi students always looked at him with contempt like they were better than him.
Gabriel did not like the fact that he was been alienated by the other students because he was been seen as a weak person but he later came love his situation. Gabriel had a plan of not showing his abilities he got from the Gene Enhancement procedure till the Representative tournament. That way his opponent won’t know what to expect from him.
So for him being alienated was fun. Since his arrival at the Dojo he hasn’t yet revealed his abilities all he did was his regular human training. As he trained his martial arts skill with dummies but he didn’t know the white Gi students actually had other plans of their own.

Gabriel had just arrived at the Dojo but he was a little bit shocked with what he saw.
“Why is here empty? Where’s everybody?”
Gabriel said with a stupefied expression as he looked at the hall where the White Gi students all did their training. The hall was totally empty with no students present. It had all the necessary work-out items that the white Gi students used to do their training but there was nobody present.
The view of the hall with no students in it felt strange because this hall was always occupied on a daily basis even on a Sunday.
‘Where is everybody? Or did I come too early? No it’s not that it’s ten-am already and most of these guys were always here around eight am. In short I’m even late to training today but there’s no one here. Where did they all go?’ Gabriel mind kept pondering as he stared at his watch.
He could continue his training alone as he normally did but the fact there was nobody around in the hall doing their own training felt strange to him.
“Yo? What are you doing over there?”
Gabriel turned immediately towards the entrance of the hall when he saw a white Gi student standing with his hands in his pocket at the entrance of the hall.
He was a very young boy with curly hair. From his physique and Gabriel could tell he was way older than the guy in from of him. The young guy may very well be at the age of fourteen. Looking at this fact Gabriel felt more at ease to ask the young boy a question.
“Hey where’s everybody?”
“Huh? They’re at the arena. Don’t tell me no one told you about it?” The boy replied Gabriel with a dumbfounded expression.
“Told me about what?”
“Today is the practice match between all the white Gi students.”
“Practice match?”
“Yeah bro. A practice match...it is a little match between the students of a particular Gi color. It’s not a real match and wins all or loses doesn’t matter. Let’s say it’s a match to see the abilities and strength of your other white Gi opponents”
“...hm I see”
“Well are you coming?” The curly hair kid said as he started walking away.
“Yeah!” Gabriel answered belatedly as he tried to catch up with the boy.
They both walked through the hallways and arrived at the arena. The whole white Gi students had gathered around the arena. They were all still communicating in the middle of the arena when both Gabriel and the curly hair kid walked into the arena.
“Hey Guys!”...The curly hair kid waved his right hand in the air as he approached the crowd of white Gi students “Did you guys forget to inform the new guy about our practice match?”
“Of course we did. Besides we don’t want him to get hurt”
“Hahahaha”
A guy jokingly mocked Gabriel as the other students laughed.
“Hey guys come on. Give the new guy a break. You know what I’m gonna be the one sparring with this guy” A young boy with his hair dyed green said as he wrapped his right arm around Gabriel’s shoulder. He was actually wearing an oversized white Gi which made him looked all weird. He was as tall as Gabriel.
“Hey not fair you’re just trying to take the easy way out in this practice” a lady in white Gi replied to Young boy with Green hair.
“Come on Ashlee. What makes you all think he’s weak. You may not know but he might be actually strong and all”
“Okay! why don’t we live him to fight the new kid. But they’re starting first!” Ashlee said a pissed-off manner convincing the students to let the green haired boy to fight Gabriel first as a start of the practice match.
Besides the students agreed with her because they were curious to see what the new guy could do.
From the way she spoke it was as if her words had a lot of impact on her fellow white Gi students. She was a lady in control. It’s more like, if this was an actual school she would be the class rep.
“Hey new kid! You’re gonna fight this guy. So we’re starting our practice match with you both fight. As you can see we the white Gi Students are fourteen in numbers.”
“We divided ourselves into two equal groups. Group A and Group B. You’re in group A and William here is in group B. And each of us are only going to fight just one opponent in the opposite group. So in other words William is the only person you’re going to fight throughout this practice match.”
“So can you keep up?” Ashlee asked as she glared at Gabriel with contempt.
‘Can I keep up? Do I really look that weak in front of these guys?’
Gabriel had been observing the attitudes of his fellow white Gi students towards him since he entered the arena, initially he didn’t care but the way they were talking in front of him. They were already beginning to get on his nerves.
“Yes” Gabriel answered the question of Ashlee in a dissatisfied tone.
“Okay alright Tamari please prepare the practice battle stats we are starting with these guys first! The rest of you exit the battle ground and go seat! William and the new guy you’re up now!”
Ashlee started giving orders while the rest students started to exit the arena ground to go have their seats in the stadium-like arena leaving only Gabriel and William behind.
“Hey new guy what’s your name?” A student with a tab device shouted towards Gabriel to inquiry about his name.
‘These idiots don’t even have my name. They don’t even see me as one of them’ Gabriel harrumphed in his thoughts as he immediately replied back at the student.
“Gabriel...Gabriel Lee”
“Alright Gabriel got it!”
Gabriel had a dissatisfied look as he stared towards William who was already doing some stretches from a distance in front of him trying to prepare for the fight.
‘They all think I’m really that weak. Now I’m pissed! how about I beat this guy in front of me without my abilities.’
Gabriel started contemplating in his thoughts while looking at William with a feeling of irritation.
‘This guy looks like who wants the easy way out in this practice match. I’m gonna give him a whole lot of disappointment. I’m gonna try and beat him without my Enhanced abilities’
“Alright the stats is done. Let’s look at the big screen”
The arena had a big display screen hanged up in above the high ceilings where the audience could see certain information about the fight. It was usually like this for the Demons Battle arena too.
Gabriel raised his head upward to look at the information the big screen had displayed.

Gabriel pondered as he looked away from the screen back to the William.
“Alright Get Ready!” The shout of the student with the tab was heard.
Gabriel was still looking at William who had a smile on his face.
“Hey lose for me okay?” William said in a mocking tone towards Gabriel.
‘This Bastard! Sorry but you’re gonna get really disappointed now. By the way why is this idiot wearing a baggy Gi to a fight?’
“Start!!!”
