 Inside an enormous mansion, in one of the rooms decorated with many girly things, Yetsuki is sitting in front of her computer. She has long greenish blue hair that is tied into a ponytail, blue ocean eyes, and an exquisite face. 

 She was now wearing a cute white pajama with cat paws as its design.

Yetsuki put down the phone on her hand and looked at the space in front of her blankly, she was still thinking what Heza had said to her, she knew Heza very well as they were friends for a long time and trusted each other, she knew how picky is this guy in his games and never truly liked a video game, it was just a stress relief for him.

But to think this picky guy actually liked a game and even invited the others to play, this is too unscientific. 

Yetsuki sighed before going to her computer and searching for the game Heza was talking about.

“What was it again? Mechamagic”

It didn’t take long for Yetsuki to find the Mechamagic in the Gaming platform and she immediately checked the information about the game.

There are some promotional pictures in front and from what she could see, this seems to be a sci-fi magic game?

“Now this is interesting, sci-fi and magic, few dares to do this”

She couldn’t but get interested, she had played many games in her life and she can say most of them are all following the trend and not innovative at all, the only difference this time around is the Valo they were playing, it was an FPS with skills that made it different from other game but anyway.

Yetsuki looked around for a few more minutes before d******ding the game, looking at its graphics. She thought that the d******d would take some time even if she had a fast internet connection, but just as she was about to stand up, she noticed that the game had already finished d******ding.

“Eh? So fast?”

Yetsuki was surprised. She sat back on her seat and looked at how big the game was and to her surprise, it's only a few MB.

“Strange…”

Yetsuki couldn’t help but frown with her beautiful face.

“Is Heza trying to prank me? Yes, that’s it!”

She went into conclusion, Heza is pranking her! She couldn’t help but laugh out loud when she discovered this.

"Fufufu, you're too young to beat me, Heza, but this is a rare occurrence; let's see what trick you have planned for me."

Yetsuki opened the game without hesitation, and in the next moment, she became unconscious but Yetsuki herself didn’t realize it. The only thing she knew was that she was now standing in an empty dark space.

Yetsuki didn’t react like Heza when he came into this place, she just quietly looked around confused about what was happening, but in the next moment.

[Please enter your game name]

“...”

*Swoosh!

One of the tubes opened and a girl with red hair emerged out, she curiously looked around and was surprised.

“What is this?”

She couldn’t help but doubt by what she was seeing around her, a game with 40 MB with this quality? This is impossible! So proving that she wasn’t dreaming, she tried pinching herself and immediately felt pain.

“I even feel pain?”

Then her thoughts suddenly went out and she remembered reincarnation that she had read in novels.

“Yes, this must be it, reincarnation! This is no game”

She tried to convince herself.

She can’t convince herself anymore. Sighing in defeat, Yetsuki couldn’t help but admire the game.

“That Heza, how dare he hide this game from me?”

(“He didn’t”)

Yetsuki tried moving her body around and couldn’t help but be surprised by how real it felt. This is not a game anymore, but something akin to another world for her.

Yetsuki curiously touched everything around her and everything felt very real for her that it felt very surreal.

“I need to call the others immediately, everyone will surely love this!. How do I log out?’

Yetsuki started trying to find out how to log out, she then tried yelling log out, but nothing happened, but instead, an instruction appeared in front of her.

“Oh, so I just have to swipe my index finger down”

She swiped her index finger down and the menu appeared in front of her. Yetsuki immediately found the log out button and pressed it.

Yetsuki followed the instruction and entered the tube once again, and once she entered the tube, her vision blackened and in the next moment, the Yetsuki in real world also woke up.

Yetsuki slowly opened her eyes and looked around. She was now back inside her room. She looked around and noticed nothing had changed; it was all real, Yetsuki sat up and looked at her computer. The information page of the Mechamagic was still there but this time there was something new.

“I see, no wonder by neck hurts a little bit”

Yetsuki stretched her neck. Anyway, she immediately opened the messaging app and first messaged Heza.

[Yetsuki: I tried the game]

[Heza: How was it?]

[Yetsuki: ...Amazing!]

[Heza: Told you]

[Yetsuki: Let’s tell the others immediately so we can play together]

[Heza: I tried earlier alright, no one believed me]

[Yetsuki: That's because you suck at calling people!]

[Heza: Okay, you try]

[Yetsuki: Same bet?]

[Heza: You lost earlier…]

[Yetsuki: That doesn’t count!]

[Heza: What? Don’t be unreasonable!]

[Yetsuki: you tricked me that time so it doesn’t count!!]

[Heza: Since when did I trick you!?]

[Yetsuki is requesting for a video call]

[Heza: ???]

[Yetsuki: Answer it]

[Heza has accepted the video call]

“You accept the bet right?”

“*Sigh, Alright, alright, I doubt you will be able to convince them”

“Keep your word!”

Yetsuki immediately opened the group chat.

[Everyone! Leave Valo for now and play Mechamagic with me!]

[It seems like Yetsuki got hacked too]

[Everyone be careful alright]

[Hackers these days are scary]

“...Told you”

Heza sighed, Yetsuki couldn’t help but be speechless.

[I see, so you guys have chosen death :)]

[OH! It's really Yetsuki! Darling, I will play with you anytime]

[I’m already downloading it]

[I’m still looking for the game. What’s the title of the game again?]

[It seems like my pc is having some problems and didn’t recognize you Yetsuki]

Yetsuki smiled smugly, Heza couldn’t help but be speechless, aren’t you threatening them? Does that really work? That’s unfair!

“... Alright you win, next Sunday”

Heza still admitted his unfair defeat.

“Heh, keep your word, if not…”

“I won’t dare”

Heza just accepted his fate.

“...”

Machina was still working on his mech when he received a message that the female player that logged out earlier have returned, but Machina didn’t put too much attention to her as it seemed like she doesn’t seem to leave the mothership yet.

“They are taking their time too much”

Machina couldn’t help but complain.

[Its normal, players in their world haven’t really developed any VR]

“Hmm, they must have reached their bottleneck or something?”

[According to my research, it seems like few people are putting their research to creating virtual reality]

“Such idiocy then, don’t they know that virtual reality will greatly help them in improving their technology? They must be narrow minded”

Machina then continued working but in the middle of his work, Link suddenly spoke in an excited tone.

[We have a pack coming in!]

Multiple players have entered the game simultaneously which surprised Machina a little bit because he didn’t expect that many players will come at once.

“How many are there?”

[About 30, there maybe some more coming in]

“They must be a guild, including the guy that came in earlier”

[Shall I see to it?]

“No, we will know once they come here”

[Okay]

The group was in awe as they looked around the place, their eyes were clearly going in circles as they couldn’t help it.

The group consists mostly about 80% girls and the rest are males, almost everyone in the group were there except for Heza who was still waiting for his spawn time.

Yetsuki was leading everyone towards their Quest.

They were amazed by how big the ship was and how sci-fi it felt, they were getting goosebumps just by looking around, it didn’t take long for them to reach the door of the mothership.

“Let’s see what is outside. Are you ready everyone?”

“Yeah!”

They then opened the hatch of the mothership and in the next moment, what appeared in front of them were heaps of trash and a desolate land.

But this didn’t dampen the enthusiasm of the players, instead, they liked the setting of the game, it differed greatly from other games, which always shows the beauty of the game at first glance, well, just this game alone being VR already trampled other games though.

“Don’t go away for now guys, let’s finish the quest first”

“Okay!”

Everyone followed Yetsuki and it didn’t take long for them to arrive at Machina, the first thing they saw when they arrived was the back of Machina, they couldn’t see his face properly because he seemed to work something inside the mech which required him to bury his head inside.

“...”

After they arrived there, they didn’t know what to do, after all, this is the first time they played a very realistic VR game, they also know nothing about the NPC’s about this game.

‘What to do? Do we touch the NPC?”

“Umm.. excuse me?”

Yetsuki called out.

Machina who was working, stopped what he was doing and looked at the players.

“Oh, Eternals, quite many of you actually, welcome to the Junk City”

“Y-yes, are you the Town’s Chief Machina?”

“Yes, I am the one you are looking for”

The players didn’t hear the notification as they were dumbstruck, this NPC is capable of having a conversation with them!

“A-are you an NPC?”

One of them couldn’t help but ask.

“An NPC? Well, in your terms I do am called an NPC”

“Amazing!”

“What is amazing?”

“Ahem, its nothing, can we do anything for you”

Yetsuki was the one who spoke this time because Machina was now looking at them weirdly,

"Ah, yes, I needed some assistance exterminating some rats outside; could you do that for me?"

[You have received a quest]

Everyone immediately received a quest.

“Yes, we will do it”

Yetsuki nodded.

"Good, now just follow this path and go straight and you will find your destination; additionally, once you have finished exterminating them, I will teach you how to make this baby right here."

Machina proudly patted the Mecha suit that he was working on, this time, everyone finally noticed the cool looking mech, the guys couldn’t help but get excited, while some girls started to think about other things.

“Thank you, we will go now”

"Before you leave, take these weapons because you'll need them; they're only made of wood, but they'll come in handy on the job. Good luck."

Machina nodded at them before he continued working, the group didn’t stay for long, after admiring the mecha suit for a while, they all left and made their way to hunt rats.

“.... You call these rats?”

Yetsuki couldn’t help but mutter in indignation as she looked at the gigantic mutated rat in front of her.

“Everyone prepare to fight!”

But Yetsuki immediately regained her wits because she was a professional gamer!
