Young Lady Nguyen!

For a moment, the two opponents stared at each other. They had no idea that their attacks could be easily avoided by Julius. The attackers themselves were unaware that Julius, as the God of Light, possessed the ability to stop time. Although he could only slow it down at the moment, it was enough to evade their strikes.

Julius’s actions truly astonished the two assailants. Apart from the surprise of discovering that Julius was in the second-level Earth Peak Realm, the speed at which Julius dodged their attacks defied their understanding. It was impossible for someone like Julius’s current level to have such an unseen speed, considering that both of their powers far exceeded Julius’s.

“Who are you? Why attack me? If you are truly brave, don’t hide your faces. Let’s fight to the bitter end until one of us falls,” Julius challenged his enemies.

It seemed that both of them paid no heed to Julius’s words. Instead, they increased their strength even further. Determined to eliminate Julius, they attacked from two directions. However, without a hint of fear, Julius prepared to face their assault.

The two opponents wielded weapons resembling sharp-edged staves. They thrust the staves toward Julius’s neck, but once again, he employed his time-controlling technique, slowing down their movements. He effortlessly avoided their attacks while delivering a powerful kick to both of them.

“Ukhh!”

Julius’s two opponents nearly stumbled as his kick landed on the back of the second opponent. Fortunately, their high-level abilities allowed them to roll on the ground, preventing a complete fall. They both stood up, exchanged glances once again, utterly perplexed by how Julius moved faster than their own speed.

At that moment, Julius stood upright, watching his two opponents with folded arms across his chest. He smirked, half-mocking his opponents. This only intensified the curiosity of the two attackers, prompting them to seal Julius within an encircling technique to prevent him from escaping or receiving assistance from outsiders.

The two assailants had suspected that Julius might be aided by someone nearby. Hence, they employed the Dragon Enclosure Seal to confine him. The seal was so powerful that even external help couldn’t reach Julius within its boundaries. After successfully trapping the young master of the Tiberius family, the two attackers prepared to finish their target.

“Hiaaaaat!”

Both opponents yelled simultaneously, pushing their palms towards Julius. A streak of light shot towards Julius, who was confined within the Dragon Enclosure Array. This time, it seemed that Julius would not escape. His time-controlling technique was rendered ineffective within the confines of the enemy’s seal.

“Golden Dragon Protective Seal!”

Suddenly, the cry of someone using a protective seal was heard. Simultaneously, a golden shield appeared, swiftly stretching itself right in front of Julius. Following this, a white figure emerged, standing directly beside Julius. It turned out that the figure was a beautiful girl around fifteen years old. With the appearance of the girl, the dragon seal used by the opponents earlier disappeared without a trace.

“Young Lady Nguyen!” exclaimed one of the attackers, surprised by the sudden appearance of the girl now standing on the right side of the young man.

“Brother, we better leave this place. We shouldn’t get involved with the Nguyen family, especially if our identities are exposed,” said the other masked assailant.

The attacker referred to as Brother nodded his head. Shortly after, they fled the scene, leaving only Julius and his savior, Nguyen Zuzanna. The girl was also a student at the Tower of the Gods Academy.

“Are you okay?” Zuzanna asked.

Julius shook his head. “Thank you.”

Lady Nguyen smiled upon hearing Julius’s somewhat stiff expression of gratitude. She then darted away from the young man after giving him a sweet smile. In the blink of an eye, the girl disappeared from Julius’s sight.

“Ninth-level Heavenly Realm.” Julius murmured, gazing in the direction Nguyen Zuzanna had gone.

Julius continued his journey, this time utilizing the Art of Lightening the Body to hasten his pace. Despite encountering a few hindrances, he arrived slightly late to register at the Tower of the Gods Academy.

Before long, Tiberius Julius reached the entrance gate of Eldoria City. With no further obstacles, he made his way to the entrance gate of the Tower of the Gods Academy. Hundreds of people were heading towards the academy, so in front and behind Julius, numerous youths were coming to register.

“State your name and hometown when registering. If you have a letter of recommendation, present it as well!” announced one of the student guards at the entrance gate of the Tower of the Gods Academy.

One by one, prospective students approached the registration and guarding area. Here, they had to undergo tests for physical strength levels and the purity of their souls. Physical strength had three levels, each with nine stages: Bronze Body, Silver Body, and Gold Body. For a cultivator considered talented, they needed at least a bronze-level body.

Several of the applicants in front of Tiberius Julius were disappointed not to be accepted into the Tower of the Gods Academy. Only a few more turns, and it would be Julius’s turn. Judging from the number of disappointed young men, perhaps only around five people had been deemed successful and were allowed to proceed with the next stage of the selection process.

“Tiberius Julius, from Laminae,” Julius said, handing over a sealed letter to the guard.

The gatekeeper took the letter from Tiberius Julius. The gatekeeper and new student selector nodded approvingly. He then returned the letter to Julius.
