After successfully getting upstairs, Aurel quickly took off the clothes she was wearing, throwing the blood-stained shirt in any direction. Meanwhile, she hid her gun under the bed.

She took another nightgown and lay down, covering herself with a thick blanket.

Knock knock

The sound of footsteps approached Aurel's room door. The girl closed her eyes and prepared to act.

The door opened, and a man walked into Aurel's room. He appeared to stroke the top of the girl's head.

"She's asleep," he said. Then he bent down and kissed the top of Aurel's head.

"Good night, dear, sleep well." After giving three kisses, the man stood up and hurried out of the room.

Meanwhile, Aurel wiped her forehead, crying, her sobs breaking out as she remembered how cruel Maurer had been to that woman. When she recalled how Lion had torn the woman's body to pieces, Aurel could not help but vomit and empty her stomach.
