Amy's gaze was fixed on the documents on the laptop in her hand as she made her way to Kevin's office. The documents were mock copies of the file of the list of candidates that applied for the social media management role that she sent to him.

Amy stopped before his door, balanced her laptop and the documents in one hand then she rapped her knuckles on the door in a soft knock.

Kevin looked up from his computer screen when he heard a knock on the door. “Come in," he voiced out, reclining in his seat.

Amy stepped in and closed the door behind her. “Good day sir."

“Oh Amy," his gaze flickered from the sheaf of papers in her hand back to his screen. “I was just going through the mail you sent to me. You have the hard copies of the reports with you now, right?

“Yes sir.”

“Thank you, have your seat.”

Amy couldn't figure out why she had to print out the copies when he was already going through the file she sent him.
