Allegra immediately panicked when she heard the teacher’s words. She got in Isaac’s face and said angrily, “Can you not run your mouth here? Why must you always complicate matters?”

Then, she turned to the head teacher to ask for forgiveness. “Mr. Carson, I’m so sorry. This is our fault. I’ll punish her and reflect deeply, so please don’t expel Isabella.”

What Isaac didn’t know was that Allegra’s apologetic behavior right now was commonly seen in many parents.

When the head teacher saw the pleading Allegra, he snorted and said to Isaac, “Hmph. Let’s wait for Tyler’s father to come. We’ll settle this issue then.”

“Who was it who had the guts to hit my son?” An angry voice sounded from outside, and a burly man sporting a buzzcut strode in.

“Dad, that’s the bastard child who hit me. She even asked someone to come over and scold me.” Tyler immediately hopped off the chair and ran into his father’s arms.
