Chapter 84
Isaac’s words made Margaret burst into angry tears. Although she wasn’t young anymore, she took good care of herself. She knew she couldn’t beat her daughter’s looks, but she wouldn’t fall short either.

“I want to die,” Margaret cried out. Then, she turned around and ran straight toward a wall.

When Allegra saw this, her heart instantly jumped to her throat. She screamed loudly.

Fortunately, Eugene had quick reflexes. He ran forward and stopped her.

“Isaac, apologize to my mother.” Allegra turned around, her chest heaving as she pointed at Margaret.

“I didn’t do it, so why should I apologize? If I apologized, that would mean I was guilty.” Isaac’s expression didn’t change.

Allegra gritted her teeth and said, “Well, okay, then. I was truly blind to never notice that you’re a bastard of a man. Get the fuck out!”

Isaac turned around and walked out without an explanation.
