Elesis? I’ve heard that name before…

“Retto.”

I snapped out and turned my head to Glenn.

“We’re going to fight him, I’ll face him first, you and Elaina wait for my signal.”

“All right.”

Glenn stepped forward and drew his sword.

“You’re serious about fighting me. Then let me accept your offer by drawing this my sword… “

She drew her sword and it glow up in blue color.

“Relic activate.” She recited.

Her long sword became a whip.

“A relic?”

“It must be bestowed by the goddess. Don’t worry, if it's a whip, as long as we keep an eye on the distance… There no way it can hit…”

Elesis swings her whip toward us. Her distance was about 20 meters away from us and her whip is just as long as an average long sword (100–130 cm.)

“It extended!”

It reached Glenn, he reacted quickly and used his sword to block the whip. Whip's first strike manages to knock back Glenn from his position.

Retto? Where did they go? I thought we all fall in the same place.” Seems like we’re separated from each other. This place is not the only strange thing. Elaina thought and turned her glance beside her. With a distance away from Elaina. A pinked haired girl is looking at her. Having fixed stare on Elaina with eyes lifeless like a doll. Dress in frilly goth clothing behind her was a giant black scythe. What’s with this girl? She looks so creepy… She’s not wearing any armor. I guess she is not a heavenly knight. “I’ll be your opponent for today… I’m heavenly knight Ruby Rosaline.” “But you’re not wearing any armor… You’re not a knight.” “Heavenly knight is nothing but a title… I’m not obligated to wear things that I do

Glenn got two swords in his hand and steadily walked toward the remaining knights. He skillfully defeated them in a flash. Seeing him, other knights started to become hesitant stepping forward. They knew that the gap between their skills are far too great. The remaining knights decided to retreat, to save their life is a far better choice than facing Glenn in a battle. The other knights immediately retreated and leave Glenn alone in that room where he was transported. The heavenly knight that was supposed to face Glenn was defeated instantly, not because of battle. The heavenly knight was defeated after he activated his relic on Glenn. The relic he possessed has the ability on reading one’s memory. Glenn’s mid was too dense for him to consume. “Where is this place?” I asked myself as I wheeled my head around. There is nothing in this layer. This place is darker than the 6thlayer. There are no glowing crystals in this area. I can only rely on my gleaming eye on this moment. After defeating heavenly knight Dusk. I immediately go down searching for a way to reach the 107thlayer. The only way to get there was to continue moving down. I was stuck in this place. This layer is quite wide and full of spiky rock formations. While walking, I heard my stomach making sounds. My fight with that skinny heavenly knight made me hungry. Thinking about it. I remember that we're not eating since we’re captured. Turned my head to the watch on my hand. I was at the clock at 5:24 AM. We reach Allure city at 11:00 PM. Six hours already passed. I didn’t even feel it. I seated down on the rock. After resting for a few minutes, I search for an extrate

It's kinda cute when she sucks my blood. I didn’t feel any pain from her. “I don’t have much blood. Would you mind letting me go?” She stopped and look at me in my eyes. “T-Thank you, Dia is grateful.” Losing too much blood will lead to anemia. As a living human, I can’t let her have all my blood. What’s the meaning of life? That question is not supposed to be asked. That was the main purpose of my life. I live to know the truth in this world. I was an idiot to even ask that. Because life doesn’t have meaning at all. No matter what you do in this world is meaningless. All you’re endeavors and ventures will be forgotten over time. The time will come and the last moment someone’s going to mutter your name will come. For that reason, I stayed passive in everything. I just live and see tomorrow not wanting change. Doing your best in something that will hold meaningless in the future is nothing but idiocy. I’ll just do my work and don’t question if its the right or wrong. Humans are all irrational people who always wanted things to be easy. They will do anything for their entertainment and pleasure. Humans are selfish from the moment they are created by the hand of God. Living passively for a very long time comes with an exchange. Because of my pass

A tough cookie like myself always begins his day with a nice cup of coffee. For us who dwelled in the shadows, making our living as spies, there was nothing better than taking up a cup of strong coffee to prevent our heads from feeling sleepy. Pumping ourselves full of coffee and drugs was the way of the world-weary. I mixed a drop of the medicine into my coffee and drank it down. This is my daily routine. I’d never been sure of what was in those drugs. I took them from a mail-order catalog. But they were super expensive, so I was convinced they were beneficial to my health. I took the cup and sipped it. “Bleh! So bitter…” This strong flavor was actually what banished sleepiness. Probably. That wasn’t written anywhere in the books, though. Coffee was bitter and gross and seriously tasted like mud, which triggered my gag reflex and made drowsiness my second priority. It didn’t taste anything like how they describe it in the spy novels. They wrote that black coffee was delicious or

This girl was the Cosmo witch. “You really mess up there.” She said. “You here to help me again. Thank you so much…” “Help you?” The witch gives me a cold gaze.
