Chapter 30: Black smoke

“There they are the prisoners!”

The knight shouted. A huge number of knights are chasing us. From 95^th layer down to 96^th layer.

While running Elaina create obstacle using earth magic. Decreasing the speed of the knights chasing us.

Smirking happily Elaina was satisfied.

Facing ahead, I saw a huge number of silhouettes of a humanoid shape going ahead. Anxious, I stopped running and turned around.

“We’re already surrounded… I can see them all going on our way. Ahead of us were countless knights waiting.”

I said.

There’s is no other choice but to fight these knights and breakthrough. Glenn and Elaina realized quickly and prepared themselves for combat.

“Let's take them all down…”

“Whoah!”

Beneath our feet, a huge suddenly open up. Resulting in the three of us falling.

After falling into a dark hole, I find myself alone. Elaina and Glenn are nowhere to be found.
