Thanks for reading!
Greetings to every reader that has read this novel up to this point! I would like to thank you all for all the support I have received, especially from the gemstones voting from the GN readers! And thank you for the reviews I have gotten; it really helps with getting the book out there and helps me as a writer. And I would also like to thank all of the paying readers that have made this writing experience much more worthwhile. You might be wondering why I haven't been uploading lately. That is because I am now in my Pre-University program and I have been getting a lot of homework(more than I can do). So I am still getting used to the new timetable that I have set up for myself. But today I will continue writing again consistently and will try to finish the book within this year or next if time lets me. Also, if you haven't left a review yet, please just leave one (or more if you want). This helps me get more readers and will help me more. Thanks again for the support!
“Dang it! How many more are there?” Jonathan said as he started running through the zombies like paper. Arthur couldn't do that as his stats weren’t even close to being as high as Jonathan's, so he still had to depend on his weapons to fight against the zombies. But since all of his stats were doubled, he managed to kill one hundred zombies in a single strike, and since his speed stat was very high, he managed to make three of those strikes in a single second. “I think we are at the second last part of the multiplying effect or whatever that annoying thing is called! So there should be more or less five hundred thousand zombies!” Arthur shouted as he swung his halberd to wherever the zombie was! Hearing this, Jonathan sighed as he kept on running through the zombies, trying to kill as many as he could. “Great! So after killing five hundred thousand zombies, we will have to fight a million of them!” He shouted in anger as he continued on his killing spree. And so fifteen minutes pass
Arthur pulled the leaf and the ground started shaking and forming a staircase that led them downwards. Both of them walked down slowly while Arthur used his fire magic to light up the dark place so both of them could see where they were walking to. The stairs weren't that deep, but the only problem was that the place was slightly tight, meaning that Arthur, who was wearing thick armor, couldn't get down as there wasn't enough space to allow him to do so. So he had to remove his armor, and he bought a light, high-quality leather armor that was thin enough that it would let him squeeze while walking down the staircase. Jonathan, who was right behind him, was bigger than Arthur in terms of muscle mass and was struggling to squeeze himself through and had to force himself down at times. “These muscles! Ah, who could have thought that they would be such a hassle to have?!” Jonathan shouted as he continued squeezing himself down. As they reached down, they could see a thick wooden door
“Get ready,” Arthur said as he pulled out his longsword from his sheath as the human pile monster came closer to them. “You dont have to tell me! You doofus! I am literally stronger and more powerful than you!” Jonathan replied as he tightened his fist to punch the bastardized creature. Jug! Jug! Jug! Jug! Jug! The creature started rolling faster and was only 1 meter close to Arthur and Jonathan. Arthur then started to cut off parts of the monster while stepping back, using his boxing footwork to distance himself from the monster, while Jonathan was going into the body of the monster and using his punches to destroy it from the inside. As the body parts of the monster were cut off, the small pieces that fell on the floor seemed to grow into a pair of legs and hands. They looked like a miniature version of the gigantic human pile monster. “What the heck?” Arthur said, as he saw this and stepped on them. Thankfully, it seemed that when the miniature version was killed, they would
“A good fight? You called that a good fight!?” Jonathan shouted. Arthur turned to Jonathan only to see a few hundred zombies under Jonathan's feet. “Just leave me be, I was just having some fun. It is not every day that I can find a good opponent that can fight like a good boxer. " Arthur said as he walked back from where they came from. The beginning of the hallway gives him three hallways to choose from. “Since we have cleared the hallway in front, we will clear the one on the left,” Arthur said. “Sure, let's go on with what you want to do. Don't need to mind my opinion in this kind of matter since I have no idea how to fight, am I right?” Jonathan said. “Look, I am making these decisions here because I know what to expect from fighting these guys. After all, I have read the instruction booklet. " Arthur said as he continued walking towards the left hallway. “Yeah, let's make the guy who read one book the leader,” Jonathan said while making fun of Arthur. “Wait!” Arthur said as
“Anyways, let us go on to the second monster,” Arthur said as he continued walking. “Let me guess. The next monster is also going to be made out of the human body.” Jonathan said. "Yeah, pretty much. According to the book, every monster that we will be fighting is made out of human corpses. Arthur replied. “No wonder this place reeks of death. It's quite depressing to walk around this place considering the monsters that are here used to be humans at some point in their lives. But now they are nothing but monsters that will roam this place as long as players climb the tower. " Jonathan said. Now, as they were in the middle of the left hallway, they could see a door on their right. Arthur walked to the door and tried to open it using the handle, but it seemed to be locked. However, the door looked weak and there was nothing other than the handle that was keeping it locked. Pah! And so Arthur kicked the door open and made the broken door fly into the room, crashing the things in it.
“This guy is looking stronger! And it is not dying now! " Jonathan said. “Yeah, but let us see if it can handle the heat!” Arthur said as he lit up his hands with magic fire. He then blasted the creature with flames, but the creature dodged the attack by moving to the right. It then dashed towards Arthur while its fist enlarged in size. Pow! Arthur got hit by the punch, making Arthur jerk back and fall to the ground. “Ahhh!” Arthur shouted as he tried to get up. Jonathan saw this and pulled the hands of the monster and threw the monster back. With Jonathan buying time for Arthur, he drank the health potion and got back all of his health. He then saw his armor and could see that some parts were slightly dented. “Jonathan, these things are strong! Don't underestimate that guy! " Arthur shouted as he saw Jonathan fighting against the humanoid monster. “Yeah, I can see that!” Jonathan said as he exchanged blows with the zombie. Although the zombie was receiving a lot of damage f
The zombie exited the room and slid down, allowing Arthur and Jonathan to catch up to it temporarily. It then stood on its legs and hands and ran like an animal. Fwoosh! It ran on its two legs and hands, leaving Arthur and Jonathan to smell the dust that it left. “That guy is pretty smart!” Jonathan said. “We can’t allow it to get more time to think! Who knows what it is trying to plan?” He added. “Yeah!” Arthur said as he ran with his longsword. ‘Fire is not working, melee attacks is not working. What can I do to kill that coachroach-like creature?’ Arthur thought to himself while he ran after the zombie. As he reached the right hallway where they last saw the zombie run, they saw even more hallways. Arthur looked around and turned to Jonathan. “Break every wall you can find!” He said to Jonathan. Jonathan didn't question him and started running through the walls of the right hallway, destroying the sub-hallways there. As he did that, a giant human face there with small legs and a
