Chapter 6: "Identity exposed?!"

When the two were about to take off their helmets, Victor saw Amber looking at him and shaking his head. When Handaz noticed that, Amber pulled out the knife she got from Handaz and stabbed him in the stomach, and exclaimed:

“This is a stab of revenge for my brother.”

“How dare you…?!”

"This is the price you have to pay for killing your brother and the others."- Amber said while holding the knife tightly.

“What about brother? Do you mean... that guy? Ha ha ha, you should have stabbed yourself in the chest.”

He swung his hand and slapped her hard in the face, causing her to fall over. She slowly backed away, and Handaz drew his knife from his stomach and approached to take her life. Victor prevented him from harming her by using the "Lightning Slash" blow. This blow made Handaz fall and drop the lamp.

When the lamp he dropped broke, the space was covered in darkness again. Victor exclaimed:

"It's so dark. I can't see you... Ah!"

Amber's voiceless scream and a stabbing sound startled both Victor and Michael. Victor used the "Lightning Sword" to create light. When looking at Amber, the two saw that she had been stabbed by a sword. Victor exclaimed:

“Amber! Amber!”

Michael saw a man standing next to her, looked closely. He exclaimed:

"Is it you, Iron Head?"

That guy pulled his knife out of Amber and said:

"It is done. One more person has been eliminated.”

Handaz clutched his stomach and said out of breath:

“I… told… you… Just... wait… until…I…”

“Your plan has completely failed. Looking at your condition, I think I need to take advantage of this opportunity to kill her, to avoid being disrupted by them," said Iron Head.

"Bastard!!! You will have to pay the price"- Victor burst into rage.

But Handaz with the last bit of strength, used the defense card: "The Tree Monster's Power- Taking Root". Suddenly, a pile of roots came up from the ground and grabbed them and pulled them both underground. They eventually escaped before Victor could touch them. He furiously used lightning to trace the ground but was stopped by Michael, he said:

“They escaped with the power of the ‘Tree Monster’ card. It's no use whatever you do."

Victor just stopped now. He immediately ran to where Amber was laying down. He hugged Amber and shone a light on the wound, and exclaimed:

“The wound is too deep. Amber, try harder. I will heal the wound, don't give up."

Amber was now at death's door, her breathing was weak, the wound was bleeding more and more. Victor tried to stop her bleeding. Suddenly, her heart stopped beating. Victor panicked but still quickly used the "Lightning Sword" to discharge electricity, making her heart beat again. He exclaims:

Amber woke up even though she was still squirming and weak. Victor told Michael:

"Is there a way to treat Amber's wounds here?"

“An Elemental God cannot heal wounds inflicted by a supernatural force.”

"Then let's take her to the hospital."

"It's at least 5km from here to the city hospital, with this injury, I don't think it will be in time."

When Victor was about to pick up Amber, she stopped him, used what little strength she had left, and said:

Two days after Amber's death, Victor attended her burial at the cemetery. After returning from the cemetery, he went straight to his room, didn't say hello to anyone, and didn't do anything, just stayed in his room all day. Victor looked at Adam with unpleasant eyes and asked:

"Who are you anyway?"

Mr. Karatini suddenly got angry and shouted:

Then Adam's subordinates began to search the house. Michael grabbed Adam's shoulder and asked:

Adam shook off Michael's hand and looked at him with provocative eyes:

Adam said while pointing at Michael's face:

Victor approached and said:

Two fiery eyes stared at each other without blinking. When he got to the door with the police, he waved to everyone and followed Adam to leave the cafe...
