LONG-TERM TARGET

The elderly lady saw Alexander’s reassuring smile and wanted to doubt him at first, but then she noticed something.

She felt the strength of Alexander’s arms that were on her shoulders. Though it felt gentle and from that she could tell that Alexander wasn’t applying much strength— if any— because she was an elderly woman, and he didn’t want to hurt her, she could still tell that if he wanted to, then he could use a crazy amount of strength.

His body looked like he contained a monstrous amount of strength and, as a woman who had lived long enough to see different types of people, her eyes weren’t deceiving her.

She grunted.

‘Would it be enough for the kidnappers though? I still don’t know how many of them there are and if what he says is true, then there are at least two. One following me and the other keeping a watch on Blessing. Can this young man really handle a situation involving two able-bodied men like him? What if this is something way beyond his capabilities and involving him
