STRAIGHT FLUSH
Staring at the aged man and knowing how well his two cards combined with the community cards, Alexander made a little comparison in his head between the three of them that remained, and he knew who was at the bottom of the totem pole.

At the back of his mind, he knew that things could change once the last card that the dealer would place with the rest of the community cards was revealed, but for now, Alexander could see who the winner was going to be.

He waited for Tim to make his decision and as he expected, the aged man who had it in for him refused to back down.

Tim matched his bet of sixteen thousand dollars because he wanted to make sure Alexander lost, even if it meant betting recklessly.

Alexander chuckled discretely, then he followed everyone to look at Conroy, waiting for what decision the man was going to make.

Conroy stared at the four community cards at the center of the poker table for some seconds, then once again, he covered his two cards with his hand and checked them.
