WHERE WERE WE?

Alexander, who walked over to the adjacent couch, shrugged.

“I’m not really a sports fan. As a matter of fact, I don’t really watch television so you can put whatever you want to watch, sir” Alexander replied and Mr. Terrence grimaced.

“What do you mean you don’t watch television? What do you do for fun then if you don’t watch television like other kids your age?” He asked and Alexander shrugged.

“I mostly read or be by myself and think about things,” Alexander said and Mr. Terrence, who was shocked to hear his answer, sat down and groaned.

“That’s strange,” he said, and Alexander, who also sat down, grimaced.

“What is, sir?” Alexander asked.

“Your answer. It’s completely different from what I’d expect from a young man your age. You’re nothing like any of my daughter’s friends and honestly, I kind of like that” Mr. Terrence said and Alexander smiled.

“Thank you, sir. That means a lot coming from you” Alexander said then he groaned and turned his head to the left a bit.
