Harrison reached his car and sat inside. He hit his hand hard on the wheel, as he shoved his other hand roughly into his hair.

He finally drove out of the street and went home. As he got home, he met his family in the sitting room.

He glanced at his wristwatch, it was almost midnight.

"Harrison, what is going on with you?" His father asked.

Harrison did not say a word, he walked past them and stopped as he heard his mother's voice.

"Harrison—"

"Why did you do that? Why did you meet her without my knowledge?" He finally spoke up.

"Why should I not meet her? She cheated on you and broke your heart!" She shouted, standing her ground.

He turned around, facing them. "You don't know anything about Quinn. She is not who you think she is. Yes, she cheated on me, because I thought she did. I thought she lied to me and cheated on me, and broke my heart, whereas, I was the one who broke her heart. I was the one who hurt her so badly, so you don't have to add to the pain she is already feeling."
