Julie nodded her head and once again focused on the Auction that was going below.

Olivia was Julie's personal guard; she had no last name; she had been groomed since she was a little child; and her only responsibility was to serve & protect Julie.

She may have outwardly appeared to be a disciplined maid, but on the inside she was a mischievous sadist who enjoyed torturing others.

Because she was in charge of Julie's safety, which had a deeper meaning than most people realised, her job in real life allowed her to very effectively indulge in her obsessions.

For instance, protecting against assassins, digging up behind captured assassins, questioning them while doing so, or, if necessary, torturing them.

Which was her favourite part.

Because of this, Julie was aware of Olivia's true nature and wasn't particularly averse to it because it simply meant that Olivia was working even effectively and that Julie's enemies were suffering more.
