He came down from the car with an air of grace, after which he went to a five-star hotel in the city to get a good night's rest.
He could feel a completely different feeling rushing through his bloodstream.
For the first time in his life, he had a steam bath, stayed for long in the shower, and slept on water foam.
It was the best night's rest that he had ever gotten in his life, and the next morning, he woke up feeling energized.
But he knew that he could not linger way too long on the bed. He stepped down swiftly, took his bath, and got back into his clothing.
The practical project that he had always prepared for all his life was just today, and he could not afford to be late for it.
He took an Uber for the first time in a long time, with his lab coat stalk in his right hand.
When he got to the vast room, there were already a couple of students there, purchasing their practical plans.
They were called plans, but there was mainly a distinction between the rich and the poor, as poorer students could not get higher plans and got the worst type of treatment, making it difficult to pass the practical.
"Who is yet to get his plan?" The practical manager revealed the gap in her teeth.
At the sound of the word, Christopher raised his hands swiftly, gasping for breath. He had slept too long on the water foam and was almost late for the practical.
With just the sight of him, a long hiss escaped from the mouth of Mrs. Idris.
The eyes of everyone in the hall stormed off toward him as murmurs filled the hall almost immediately.
"Him again." Mrs. Idris said, making everyone in the hall burst out into laughter.
He had become quite popular, but not in a way that every other student would want to be popular.
From what they had been informed, the practical was going to take two sections: the VIPs who were sure of getting more grades, and afterward, the normal students, and finally the budget students.
"I want to get a plan." His eyes caught a glimpse of his ex-girlfriend as he walked by.
She had an expensive chair to sit on as a long hiss escaped from her mouth. As for Kelly, he did not even have to take the test because he had bribed the ever-open-handed practical manager.
"As though he would be able to afford one after all." She hissed as he made his way towards the front, waiting for the next words from the instructor.
Without asking for any information about him, she pushed a bulletin towards him, staring right into his eyes.
"That would be the perfect plan for you; let's get this over with already."
"Get that down right away. You just can't keep everyone waiting for a poor asshole like you." She replied.
His eyes skimmed through the first few words of it, and he could see it written boldly.
"For low-budget students." It read.
He frowned immediately, returning his gaze to Mrs. Idris.
"Will there be a problem?" She shot a sneer at them enough to throw him off balance, but he stood his ground.
"I never asked for a low budget, ma'am." He replied.
"Aren't you Christopher Andrews, or have I mistaken you for someone else?" She inquired further, making Christopher nod his head afterwards.
"Then that's the perfect plan for you. Except if, of course, you are asking for a lesser plan because you can't afford that which is not available." She replied, making everyone in the hall burst out into laughter immediately.
He could feel his anger rising so badly, and his hands were clenched until his knuckles made a cracking sound, but he was able to keep his calm.
"Well, that's too bad for you, because I am sorry to disappoint you, but I want the VIP ticket." He responded, but instead of taking him seriously, everyone in the hall burst out into laughter once again.
"I knew that you were poor and a fool, but no one ever told me that you were a joke." She laughed hard as a drop of tears found its way out of his eyes.
His hands were clenched around his chest while he continued to stare at her without switching his mood even for a single moment.
"That's what I want." He flapped the initial slip on her table, making everyone in the hall stop laughing and staring at him in awe.
"He is just trying to make a show-off because of what happened between you guys." One of Silver's friends whispered into her ears, making the group chuckle.
Mrs. Idris shot a deadly sneer at him as her hands were rolled up with so much anger and disgust.
"I have had enough of your jokes already. Do you think that this is some sort of joke?" The instructor frowned at her almost immediately, but her stale look didn't move him even for a single moment.
"I don't think that this is a joke to me either. I am just saying that I want the VIP ticket and nothing other than that." He replied to her, but that only got her even more angry than she was already.
She could feel her anger rising so badly that her knuckles made a cracking sound.
She shot a stare at him, staring at him from the crown of his head to the soles of his feet.
"Just take a really good look at yourself. Do you think that you will be able to afford one?" She replied to him.
He was about to say something, but she would not allow him to spit out a single word from his mouth.
"That would be enough for you already. I don't want to hear another word from you."
"It's obvious that you aren't here to really learn, but here to entertain us for some charity." She laughed at him.
Soon, she flipped a coin over to him almost immediately, while he continued to stare at him.
"Take that for your entertainment. Now get out of this lab," she said to him with a half-yell.
"You can't chase me away when I have done nothing wrong." He returned, but her lips only broke into a dark smile.
"Do you think so?" She responded to him almost immediately.
Going over to the table, she got his assessment booklets and tore them apart into shreds.
"Now tell me how you are going to get scored without this, even if you do particularly well." She sneered at him.
With his face boiling with so much rage, he stormed out of the hall, his racing heart racing on his chest at regular intervals.
[Ding]
The next words came afterward.
[Next task completed] The host will now choose from the list of tasks...
The system appeared before him once again, as did the three large dots.
Drawing a really deep breath, he walked gradually toward it, touching the first on the left.

[Task level: difficult]
Shit. A slight groan escaped from his mouth.
He could already feel his heart beating hard against his chest, as though it was going to burst through, as he continued to stare at the screen.
[Punishment for a Failed Task: A Villain's Public Punishment]
[Reward: Three VIP points]
[Task: The host must take revenge on the practical manager and increase his assets at the same time.]
"What?" A slight groan escaped from his mouth almost immediately, knowing that was somewhat close to impossible.
"But how am I even going to do that?"
"The host can always use VIP points to ask for system cheat help." It read.
After thinking about it for a while, he thought that it was a worthwhile gamble. One VIP point in exchange for three
He could already feel his heart beating hard in his chest as though it was going to burst through as random thoughts ran swiftly through his head.
Okay, I think that is going to be the best option for me now.
[School management is having a board meeting and thinking of shutting the school right now.] There has been a scandal in the past few days, and most of the shareholders have withdrawn their money. Right now, the only thing that the owner of the school is seeking is to keep the school name.
[Cheat completed.] The host will have to continue from this point.
"Wait." He was about to say, but the system was gone already.
Shit, he whispered under his breath as he could not wrap his head around what exactly it was that was related to having his revenge on the teacher...
Then an idea struck him, making his lips break into a broad smile.
"Let's do this." He said to himself,
His steps were solid as he walked gradually towards the school board, and he could already feel his heart beating hard against his chest as though it was going to burst through. Soon, he got to the administrative building of the school, which was littered with a lot of cars. Sweat was already dripping down from the corner of his face. But there was one thing that he could not place his head around, and that was how he was going to get to the principal since that was his very first time coming to the administrative block. "I think that I should ask around." He spoke slowly to himself. His eyes spammed through the building, and he caught up with a security officer at the far end of the line. Walking slowly towards him, he stared at him. "And how may I help you?" His face twisted into a frown immediately after they landed on him, but he was not shaken even for a single moment. "I need to see the owner of the school. I know they are having a meeting now, and it's with respect to that
The eyes of everyone in the room twisted with scorn as he said the words. There were whispers in the hall, but even with their hateful glares, he wasn't moved.Meanwhile, the man who wanted to go by the school could not help but laugh out loud at what he just heard."You what paid off?" He laughed."What do you think all of us are here for? Some child's place?" He thundered with mockery while everyone burst out into laughter. But there was someone who was not laughing even a bit. Mr. Maxwell. If there was anything that he didn't want to do, it was to sell the company over."Can I trust him?" The mechanism of his mind waged war in his head, and he could rarely speak. His decision was what Christopher waited for as sweat dropped from his face, dripping down to the floor. With a sudden flash, he waved his hands, and all the chatter died down.He stood up from his seat and walked toward Christopher, staring him right in the eyes, and finally, he spoke."And who are you?" He inquired."I'm
The hall was as silent as a graveyard as everyone waited for him to spit out the words from his mouth. "I'm sure he is going to ask for something really valuable." A man in the hall found his way to say. Immediately after he said those words, they all shot cold stares in his direction, making him freeze. "So tell me, Christopher. What is it that you want? We are all waiting." Mr. Maxwell said it with a smile on his face. He could already feel his heart beating hard against his chest as he opened his mouth to speak. "Lately, there have been cases about a particular employee of the school taking pride in treating rich students well while the other students are treated with so much scorn." He replied. Mr. Maxwell's face blew hot red with so much fury as he sprang up from his seat, hitting his hands hard on the table. "Who is this person?" He inquired, his teeth grating with anger. If there was anything that he hated so much, it was the act of bullying coupled with the act of brib
The students were drowning in their gossip and could not believe what they just heard."How is it even possible that Christopher is a VIP student?""Everyone on campus knows him. He can't even afford three square meals." Their words were loud enough for Christopher to hear but none of that mattered to him.Everyone had the right to believe what they wanted to believe. All he wanted now was to have his revenge and fulfill the task that he had been given to do.Moving closer towards Mrs. Idris, he shot a glance at her as it gradually moved back to the students."And as much as I can observe. That is very much true. What do you have to say about it?" He inquired, waiting for a response.Thoughts ran through her mind knowing too well that she was in a really difficult situation. Her hands were clenched with so much anger. "Christopher. I am going to make sure you pay for it." She growled under her breath. Her anger was soon replaced with a forced smile as she turned towards Mr. Maxwell"
Turning around towards the crowd, there was a swift silence in the place as everyone was eager for him to spill the tea."Christopher here lied to all of you, and I believe everyone deserves to know the truth." He began. There was a sudden uproar in the theater, polluting the hall environment with the noise that came from them."I knew it right from the beginning. I certainly did not fall for all those lies.""I can't believe this. He dared to lie, using the kindness of the school owner."Wow. I didn't realize that apart from being a broke ass, he was also a good liar." Another voice streamed into Christopher's hearing, but he kept his cool, sipping in a really deep breath."And what's your reason for this accusation?" He inquired with his eyes farrowed.Kelly burst out into laughter, turning around towards the crowd of students."He is pretending as though he knows nothing about what I am talking about." He said."Now for your information. My dad just bought the school from the owner
While he remained outside, his phone made a beeping sound, and he paired through it to see what message he had gotten."Huh?" An exclamation followed suit immediately after he saw the message."Dear customer, you have been entitled to own a platinum card as our biggest client, and you are already available. Come to the bank, and you will get it." The message read."What do I need a card for?" He thought for a while, but after giving it some thought, he noticed that he could not always use his phone for transactions."I think this is going to be the best option." He said to himself,.With a swift dash, he turned around, wanting to leave the campus environment, when he bumped into someone. His heart shot faster as he paired up to see who it was, with an apology already on his lips."I am sorry." He was already apologizing when he paused suddenly. The lines around his head region farrowed as he rose swiftly from the floor."Why does it always have to be you?" He muttered under his breath
Everyone was baffled by his sudden audacity as he made his way swiftly out of the hall, knowing that he didn't have much time before the close of the bank. "That fool." He could already pick out Kelly's voice, fuming with fury from behind. "That fool. I am going to make sure that you regret every single decision that you have made today, and until you are out of this city with your face washed with shame and disgrace, I will not rest." He could hear his voice from behind. But it only made Christopher's face glow with a smile without pausing. "Then get ready to know there is no rest in that case." He muttered under his breath. With an expression of wealth under his sole control, he walked swiftly towards the street. Bringing his cell phone out of his pocket, he placed a call to get an Uber while he sat on a single beach on the street. Not like anyone would want to sit on it if I were multi. Everyone avoided him like a stink right from the pit of hell. He sighed deeply, reflecting his i
Her face twisted into a frown as she continued to stare right into his eyes, stunned at the words that she just heard. The anger of the banker soon boiled over as she thundered the words at him almost immediately."And who do you think you are?" She thundered at him, not giving him enough breathing space to spit out a single word from his mouth. Her eyes shot a quick stare at him from his head to his toe, taking a hint at every single dress that he was putting on."Do you think that you can get a platinum card with this five-dollar or road trash pick-out cloth that you are putting on right now?" Her glares deepened even more, and his heart raced even faster."We were just talking about the few pennies that you had in your account, and what now? You are telling me that you want a platinum card?" She continues to glare at him."I wonder if today is going to get any worse." She replied.Even though her words were harsh and enough to make anyone angry, he was able to keep his strange calm
