What did he mean?

Miyazaki Naoki's POV

I saw Kio suddenly get up from his bed at the same time he said these words.

"Who are they?"

Words he first said when he woke up with his hands covering his face. He was dripping with sweat as he caught his breath.

"I know he has a fever but why did he sweat too much?" I thought to myself with mixed astonishment.

"And he still has a fever even though he's sweating too much… weird." I continued as I kept on thinking about it, especially about what I saw earlier.

"Is that also connected?" A question that suddenly popped in my mind.

[Flashback]

Shortly after class I put away my belongings and carried my bag, same with Kio's stuff. After all, that was our last class today. I left the classroom and noticed that Hans was not there yet. I went to his classroom and waited there outside because their teacher seemed to be working overtime.

After Hans came out of their classroom we started walking to the infirmary.
