...song humming... Madison kept staring at the lifeless robot and admiring it's form while making some melodious notes in her vocals. The head of Optimus had a spherical shape but it's face mask looks rectangular, coupled with ears made of steel but these have internal antennas having multiple functions according to Gabriel's already installed program. The ears were pointed backwards like that of a fairy and the entire parts of its body patterned like a man but robotically cylindrical at the abdomen, hexagonally prismal along its arms and legs, having a resemblance like diamond on its chest region with each part linking to another of apparent length as a humans body could be. The gold titanium alloys covered a greater part of its chest, the mask on its face, arms, thigh and feet, whereas, it's forehead and the rest part were made of silver titanium alloys: a perfect image of a man and indented creativity. Madison kept admiring the designs and feeling very proud of Gabriel without caring if it works or not. After a while, she got tired of waiting for Gabriel to show up for her to ask him what he placed at the center of the robot that is shinning with great intensity of light as the sun, for it was turned on immediately Gabriel left and she could not stop wondering what it was and why it will begin to shine so bright without the robot showing any signs of being alive. She was moved to touched it and so stretched forth her right hand slowly but before her fingers could touch the palladium core, a voice spoke so audibly she withdrew her hand in fear,"What are you doing?" "Jesus! It talked!" She exclaimed, jittering... "Is there a problem with me talking? And what were you trying to do? I saw you stretching your right hand towards my chest. You look nervous too." Optimus uttered hastily and inquisitively she could not stand it anymore she got up immediately and ran towards the stairs that leads out of the basement, screaming aloud, saying,"He is up, Gabriel... Optimus is alive!" Gabriel ran towards her direction and they both met at the entrance to the basement, Gabriel exclaimed excitedly, "Are you sure!" Madison embraced him the minute she saw him in a way that he knew she was rather scared than thrilled..."He was talking, Gabriel. He was talking so fluently like a normal person!" She uttered a high-pitched cry as she lifted her face from his shoulders to look at him. "Of course, he talks that way. I have heard him speak before now. I told you it talks. Come on let's go see it. Isn't this what we have been waiting for? Don't be scared, Optimus is totally harmless to us. I know what I made, alright. I hope it did not go off again?" Gabriel asked with comforting words as he embraced her a second time and held her left hand while leading her down the stairs to the basement again. "I don't think it went off this time. Do you have eyes on Optimus?" Madison asked with a soft nervously breaking tone of voice on their way down the basement and kept lagging behind Gabriel. "Optimus! Hey, hey..." Gabriel called audibly and ran towards Optimus who was still sitting down. Optimus lifted his face slowly as they approached him. It really expressed a level of sadness that they both could feel even from the look in it's blue lighted eyes. "Master Gab, you are here." Optimus muttered sadly. "Yes, umm... Yeah. Why are you looking so gloomy, come on, cheer up! I'm glad you are very much alive." Gabriel asserted happily, placing his hands on Optimus' shoulders as he sat down on the chair in front of it to closely examine it. "But your friend here doesn't look excited and she doesn't seem happy to see me awake." Optimus replied. Gabriel turned his neck to look at Madison who was standing beside him and expecting her to say something already."No, no, Optimus, it's not what you think. You see, I was not expecting to see you talk because as at the time we powered you up, we thought the processes failed. That was actually why I ran out to call Gabriel to let him know that the booting processes worked. Gabriel he has emotions! Why did you equip a robot with emotions?" Madison drew near and knelt down close to it while talking and after she was done speaking to Optimus, she whispered in the ears of Gabriel. "I don't even know how I did that! I can't explain it." Gabriel whispered back. "I understand now. I initially thought you were scared of me. Master Gab has instructed me never to hurt anyone until he ask me to and until I am being attacked. And as for you guys thinking the boot process's failed, that was not true. I actually heard you trying to calm master Gab down when he was staring right into my eyes and waiting for me to say something..." Optimus uttered. "Then why did you not say anything then?" Gabriel and Madison asked at the same time with eyes with open in surprise. "...I was going to speak but I was currently processing, calculating and transferring the multimillion data in my drive to initialize the entire process for better interpretation and communication and the information were quite numerous it could take humans an estimated time of seven hundred years to complete..." Optimus kept talking. "What is he talking about?" Madison asked Gabriel with just a whisper. "I think it's the entire information on g****e search engine." Gabriel whispered back as they kept listening to Optimus."What! That is a very crazy thing to do, Gabriel." She exclaimed with a voice nearly a whisper. "...is there something wrong?" Optimus asked when it notice they were consistently whispering and probably not listening to it. "No, Optimus. We were just talking about how special you are. You know what, let's talk about it some other time. For now, what would you like to do?" Gabriel asked Optimus and winked at Madison immediately with a smiley gestures to let her know that he would explain better in private. "Well, I would love to see the world as I am being notified there are places outside this room we are in. I would also love to cook, I love the colorful pictures of what you call food from what my search engine is showing me." Optimus replied. [Hearts throbbing] Gabriel and Madison looked at each other and for the first time, they both felt thrilled about the existence of the robot sitting right in front of them."Yeah sure, come with us." Madison said, expressing a great measure of cheerfulness in a way that made Optimus respond upon rising up on its feet. "You now look happy and I could feel you are a very friendly person, Madison." Optimus declared. She kind of halted and turned to look at Optimus the moment she heard him mention her name on her way up the stairs. "Wait! Gabriel, did Optimus just learn to mention my name or you programed it that way?" She was obviously surprised... Gabriel's reply was without hesitation, "No, I didn't. But I believe he is configured in a way that makes it prone to learning successfully as any human." Optimus did not hear her because she was right in front of Gabriel and Optimus was way down and about to begin climbing up the stairs because it was analyzing and contemplating on how to get its foot started on the stairs: invariably, Optimus was learning everything like a child and observing everything carefully to know how to approach life. "Your dad will
Winston Gray immediately responded, running up the stairs and wondering what was happening to his son, but the minute he opened the door, the wings which were cleaved to the skin at Gabriels back, disappeared instantly, as if they were folded right into the skin of his dorsal. "What is it, Gabriel?" His dad asked as quickly as he could. "Can't you see?..." Gabriel asked his dad and immediately touched his left dorsum with his right hand, and wondering why he could not feel the wings at his back, he turned around immediately to look himself in the mirror to his greatest surprise, there were no wings anymore. "See what, Gab? I heard you yell." Mr. Winston Gray asked again, having this inquisitive facial expression... "It was right here, there was... I had wings dad... I saw them while looking at the mirror... I..." Gabriel stuttered as he turned his neck around again, staring right into his dad's wondering eyes which suddenly normalized the moment he took his first step to get closer
...what the heck is happening to me, how did I make it disappear? Am I in control of this thing?... He muttered to himself as he kept observing his body for he was only putting on a trouser at this point in time and was yet to take his bath. Whilst he was muttering, he thought of himself having wings and all of a sudden, Vlooop!! The wings popped up again and he was like,"Wow!" This time, he was a bit excited though scared of having something of that nature change his appearance and making him look angelic... As he stared at the wings through the mirror, he kept wondering how possible that is, that he now possess's wings... While he admired it, he soon imagined not having wings at all and instantly, he watched as the wings shrunk and vanished again. He felt the difference in strength, because he could feel he has so much energy when the wings was there, compared to his normal self when the wings was gone. [Deep breath... Exhales...] He quickly imagined himself having those wings
She stared right into his eyes as though she was in doubt and then requested... "Any means of identity please?" She asked and immediately put forth her right hand as he reacted with gestures that shows he has something. Gabriel touched both sides of his trouser pockets trying to figure out where he kept his ID card... "There it is. Here!" Gabriel half exclaimed with a smile on his face the minute he took it out of his left pocket and handed it over to her. No doubts she wanted to be sure he was the one because they all knew the guy they were expecting is a special client, they don't want to be talking to a third-party but to the right person, seeing they were going to be revealing sensitive information to him. "Welcome sir. Sorry for the inconveniences, just following protocol. This way, I will lead you." She apologized and declared audibly while she led him to Mrs Finn's office at the third floor. The lady placed her hand on the door of Mrs Finn's office for a scan some minutes af
"Yes, we could go with you, if that's okay with you." Jain replied. "Good. It's fine." Gabriel nodded. "Very well then, may I also ask, this person who is high above your reach and mine, how do you explain to us that you have any form of relationship with this person resulting in the release of such huge sum of money. How did you get to know this person? Or is it some kind of secret you want to keep from us you decided to use such words?" Mrs Finn asked with a curious look around her eyes. "About that, I would rather keep it classified for now. Or is there any consequences?" Gabriel asked with some kind of suspicious facial expressions and she immediately never wanted him to start having doubts about them because she felt she was going too far beyond her boundaries she had to respond as quickly as possible,"No, not that there are any, but then, we would have loved to know. If we don't, we are surely going to have limits to which we are gonna help you when it has to do with matter
//Year 2040// [Sierra Nevadas, Fresno, California]>> krrr krr krr krr krr krr "Do you have eyes on it?"...the trembling voice of a soldier muttered in the silence of the gross dark night in Sequoia National Forest located at the southernmost end of the Sierra Nevadas. "No boss, but Ricky too is dead! I can't see shit, captain!" The fainting voice of his teammate echoed with just a whisper as the leaves of the trees and grasses fluttered in the cold wind around them.... "I thought I saw it just now! That shit is invincible sometimes... I'm out of ammo..." Another soldier who was already jittering and full of fear kept sputtering until he was told to be quiet..."Shush! Stay frosty!" The captain ordered. "Ahhhhh... argh... aahhhh!" The soldier who was jittering screamed in anguish and his voice died out in the midst of the darkness as an alien's blade pierced through his left thigh and dragged him away from the rest of his teammates... Rat tat tat tat boom boom boo
"Christ! What is that!" Gabriel exclaimed aloud, stepping a little closer to see for himself because where strange star landed was covered with white smoke he could not see anything. The closer he got, the clearer it became and before him stood the form of a man whose countenance was bright as though it were a light bulb. «Come no further, Gab. Make no further approach towards me» A voice spoke from within the confines of the bright shining image of light, echoing in the wind like sound waves traveling in a medium of silence, full of resonance. The minute Gabriel removed his hands from his face which he covered due to the brightness of the star's countenance, he had a clearer view of the image in front of him and as astonished as anyone could be, he asked immediately, knowing it was an angel, based on it's appearance having wings. "Wait a minute, wow! How did you know my name?" Gabriel shivered in surprise the second he heard his name mentioned. The angel observed a minute silence
"O my goodness, this is not happening... Is this really happening? It can't be! O my gosh!" Gabriel mumbled as he drove off immediately on high speed heading back home to Briston street in Hanford. [Screeching sounds] "Why the f*ck is he driving roughly?" A friend of his asked the rest of them in the group when they saw him riding back home recklessly. "If you ask me, I don't know, Shelley. C'mon, guys, let's go check on our dude, know if he's alright. He doesn't seem okay." The leader of the group replied, dipping his hands in his hood pocket as he led the way. "You're right, Lancelot." Freeman added as all six of them walked towards Gabriel's compound who had already gone inside the house the minute he parked the car upon arrival. "Gabriel! We know you're in there. C'mon, open up!" Lancelot yelled authoritatively after banging on the door for three minutes to no avail. "He should have responded by now." Bell said. "I don't think this dude is okay. Let's go. Maybe check up on
