"Yeah sure, come with us." Madison said, expressing a great measure of cheerfulness in a way that made Optimus respond upon rising up on its feet.
"You now look happy and I could feel you are a very friendly person, Madison." Optimus declared. She kind of halted and turned to look at Optimus the moment she heard him mention her name on her way up the stairs. "Wait! Gabriel, did Optimus just learn to mention my name or you programed it that way?" She was obviously surprised... Gabriel's reply was without hesitation, "No, I didn't. But I believe he is configured in a way that makes it prone to learning successfully as any human." Optimus did not hear her because she was right in front of Gabriel and Optimus was way down and about to begin climbing up the stairs because it was analyzing and contemplating on how to get its foot started on the stairs: invariably, Optimus was learning everything like a child and observing everything carefully to know how to approach life. "Your dad will be so proud of you when he sees Optimus, I can assure you that! I thought your dad was home? Who was at the door? I forgot to ask." Madison sputtered inquisitively. "It was my dad. He actually came home to pick up something and he left in a hurry. It's okay. I hope he'd be proud indeed." Gabriel replied in a muttering manner. "Yes, of course he will be proud of you, Gabriel. Take a close at Optimus, he is way advanced and properly designed than those of its kind." Madison said as she turned to look at Optimus again when they all entered the sitting room. "Wow! This place is so large and beautiful, and these chairs are lengthy. Wait a minute, did I just hear her say that I have my kind out there?" Optimus asked and walked towards them, away from the front of the large wall fitted television screen where it stood looking at the reflection of itself. "No..." Gabriel was about denying it, but Madison interrupted him immediately, with her hand on his left arm, knowing the implications should he lie to Optimus. "Yes, yes, Optimus! There are some others like you but they are not nearby, we will have to travel a far distance to see them. Do not worry, I and Gabriel are going to take you round Hanford, California." She sputtered while lowering her eyebrows as she glanced at Gabriel from time to time. "Really? That would be great and it sounds like fun to me. I can't wait to meet one of my kind. By the way, this white couch is a lot more comfortable than the chair I was previously sitting on." Optimus muttered, as he kept observing the quality of the couch and bouncing on it with its buttocks time after time for about three minutes from when he first placed his buttocks on it."Um... Optimus, please stay here while I go with Madison to my room upstairs. I have something I want to discuss with her privately." Gabriel excusef himself, holding Madison by the hand as they left. Optimus did not worry about them leaving him all alone in the sitting room because he was finding it a thing of fun to be sitting on that couch. [Door closes] "Gabriel, what is it?" Madison asked with a twisted smile and a wondering eye as if she knew what he had brought her into his room to talk about. "You should not have told him there are robots like him out there." He nagged. "Why? Huh! Okay tell me, why do you think lying to him was a better option?" She questioned..."It would have been best to keep it a secret from him because he is just coming to the realization of himself. He may be so curious and get himself in danger, don't you think?" Gabriel replied fighting hard to calm his nerves until her words totally made him think twice. "Oh I see! Have you asked yourself, what if you save him from being curious but make him find it difficult to trust you after that? Don't you think he is going to go outside this house and get to see other robot? What do you think his reactions might be? He is surely going to find it difficult to trust you. From the look of things, I do not think he was curious as you think. That alone is enough to make you understand that you have made something beyond the usual. In my opinion, you should be using every slightest chance you've got to get Optimus trust you more than anyone else because you are the one who made him. If someone else does, you might loose your robot. Funny how you created that robot and I am the one understanding it better than you do." Madison specifically advised him in a way that got him to see things in a different light. Gabriel reached forth to embrace her and after a little while, they both returned to the sitting room to be with Optimus. To their greatest surprise, Optimus was already serving breakfast on the dining table, calling to them, "Master Gab, Madison, you guys are out just in time.... Breakfast is served." "What!" Madison exclaimed and Gabriel seconded, saying,"What! You made breakfast..." Gabriel could not believe his eyes as he hurriedly come close to the dining table, Madison following closely. They were amazed at how good the food Optimus prepared tasted and when they asked, Optimus reply was that he saw a few videos on that subject from the g****e search engine installed within...Gabriel drove Madison home by himself much later that day and they kept hearing people in the streets talk about the current situation of the state of California and they got to understand that what they saw the previous night, about the demon creatures which according to some has been described as aliens, only show up at night and that it was advisable to stay indoors after seven o'clock every evening. Gabriel returned home before his dad did, and when his dad came home, he was already feeling sleepy he had to spend just a few minutes talking with his dad — Winston Gray. Gabriel was very much excited about Optimus but he instructed Optimus to stay in the basement until he comes to see him the following day because he was not yet ready to introduce it to his dad. Optimus was pretty much obedient and Gabriel must have programed it that way. Gabriel did procrastinate going to see Mrs. Finn that very day because his dad had instructed him to be sure he stays indoors. He had to return early from dropping Madison at her family house to ensure he obeys his dad. It was exactly 07:45AM when Gabriel opened his eyes slowly to feel an unusual strength beyond the natural, he arose with so much excitement without having to feel and to notice there was something else rising up together with him, because he wanted to see Optimus again. He went straight to brush his teeth as usual, when all of a sudden he saw large wings standing behind him and cleaved to his skin exactly the way it were on the angel whom he saw two days ago. "Aaahhhhhh! Dad!!!" He screamed...Winston Gray immediately responded, running up the stairs and wondering what was happening to his son, but the minute he opened the door, the wings which were cleaved to the skin at Gabriels back, disappeared instantly, as if they were folded right into the skin of his dorsal. "What is it, Gabriel?" His dad asked as quickly as he could. "Can't you see?..." Gabriel asked his dad and immediately touched his left dorsum with his right hand, and wondering why he could not feel the wings at his back, he turned around immediately to look himself in the mirror to his greatest surprise, there were no wings anymore. "See what, Gab? I heard you yell." Mr. Winston Gray asked again, having this inquisitive facial expression... "It was right here, there was... I had wings dad... I saw them while looking at the mirror... I..." Gabriel stuttered as he turned his neck around again, staring right into his dad's wondering eyes which suddenly normalized the moment he took his first step to get closer
...what the heck is happening to me, how did I make it disappear? Am I in control of this thing?... He muttered to himself as he kept observing his body for he was only putting on a trouser at this point in time and was yet to take his bath. Whilst he was muttering, he thought of himself having wings and all of a sudden, Vlooop!! The wings popped up again and he was like,"Wow!" This time, he was a bit excited though scared of having something of that nature change his appearance and making him look angelic... As he stared at the wings through the mirror, he kept wondering how possible that is, that he now possess's wings... While he admired it, he soon imagined not having wings at all and instantly, he watched as the wings shrunk and vanished again. He felt the difference in strength, because he could feel he has so much energy when the wings was there, compared to his normal self when the wings was gone. [Deep breath... Exhales...] He quickly imagined himself having those wings
She stared right into his eyes as though she was in doubt and then requested... "Any means of identity please?" She asked and immediately put forth her right hand as he reacted with gestures that shows he has something. Gabriel touched both sides of his trouser pockets trying to figure out where he kept his ID card... "There it is. Here!" Gabriel half exclaimed with a smile on his face the minute he took it out of his left pocket and handed it over to her. No doubts she wanted to be sure he was the one because they all knew the guy they were expecting is a special client, they don't want to be talking to a third-party but to the right person, seeing they were going to be revealing sensitive information to him. "Welcome sir. Sorry for the inconveniences, just following protocol. This way, I will lead you." She apologized and declared audibly while she led him to Mrs Finn's office at the third floor. The lady placed her hand on the door of Mrs Finn's office for a scan some minutes af
"Yes, we could go with you, if that's okay with you." Jain replied. "Good. It's fine." Gabriel nodded. "Very well then, may I also ask, this person who is high above your reach and mine, how do you explain to us that you have any form of relationship with this person resulting in the release of such huge sum of money. How did you get to know this person? Or is it some kind of secret you want to keep from us you decided to use such words?" Mrs Finn asked with a curious look around her eyes. "About that, I would rather keep it classified for now. Or is there any consequences?" Gabriel asked with some kind of suspicious facial expressions and she immediately never wanted him to start having doubts about them because she felt she was going too far beyond her boundaries she had to respond as quickly as possible,"No, not that there are any, but then, we would have loved to know. If we don't, we are surely going to have limits to which we are gonna help you when it has to do with matter
//Year 2040// [Sierra Nevadas, Fresno, California]>> krrr krr krr krr krr krr "Do you have eyes on it?"...the trembling voice of a soldier muttered in the silence of the gross dark night in Sequoia National Forest located at the southernmost end of the Sierra Nevadas. "No boss, but Ricky too is dead! I can't see shit, captain!" The fainting voice of his teammate echoed with just a whisper as the leaves of the trees and grasses fluttered in the cold wind around them.... "I thought I saw it just now! That shit is invincible sometimes... I'm out of ammo..." Another soldier who was already jittering and full of fear kept sputtering until he was told to be quiet..."Shush! Stay frosty!" The captain ordered. "Ahhhhh... argh... aahhhh!" The soldier who was jittering screamed in anguish and his voice died out in the midst of the darkness as an alien's blade pierced through his left thigh and dragged him away from the rest of his teammates... Rat tat tat tat boom boom boo
"Christ! What is that!" Gabriel exclaimed aloud, stepping a little closer to see for himself because where strange star landed was covered with white smoke he could not see anything. The closer he got, the clearer it became and before him stood the form of a man whose countenance was bright as though it were a light bulb. «Come no further, Gab. Make no further approach towards me» A voice spoke from within the confines of the bright shining image of light, echoing in the wind like sound waves traveling in a medium of silence, full of resonance. The minute Gabriel removed his hands from his face which he covered due to the brightness of the star's countenance, he had a clearer view of the image in front of him and as astonished as anyone could be, he asked immediately, knowing it was an angel, based on it's appearance having wings. "Wait a minute, wow! How did you know my name?" Gabriel shivered in surprise the second he heard his name mentioned. The angel observed a minute silence
"O my goodness, this is not happening... Is this really happening? It can't be! O my gosh!" Gabriel mumbled as he drove off immediately on high speed heading back home to Briston street in Hanford. [Screeching sounds] "Why the f*ck is he driving roughly?" A friend of his asked the rest of them in the group when they saw him riding back home recklessly. "If you ask me, I don't know, Shelley. C'mon, guys, let's go check on our dude, know if he's alright. He doesn't seem okay." The leader of the group replied, dipping his hands in his hood pocket as he led the way. "You're right, Lancelot." Freeman added as all six of them walked towards Gabriel's compound who had already gone inside the house the minute he parked the car upon arrival. "Gabriel! We know you're in there. C'mon, open up!" Lancelot yelled authoritatively after banging on the door for three minutes to no avail. "He should have responded by now." Bell said. "I don't think this dude is okay. Let's go. Maybe check up on
“Gabriel! Are you alright?” Mr. Winston Gray asked the minute he heard his son scream. “I’m alright! I’m okay, dad.” Gabriel replied audibly on hearing his dad’s voice echo from all the way down… Winston Gray wondered why his son has been acting strange for the past three days now, though he seldom spend much time with him because he felt the teenager was matured enough to look after himself. “I hope you are, Gabriel! Hey, I am on my way to work already. I made oat for you already and have toasted your bread in the kitchen; you can have breakfast whenever you feel hungry…” Winston kept muttering until he saw Gabriel walking down the stairs to meet him with a bright smile filled with ecstasy. “Morning, Dad.” Gabriel greeted. The melody in his voice made his dad smile back at him and wondered why he was that aglow facially. It’s been a long time he saw Gabriel so happy, he quickly asked,“Morning, Gab. You look happy, is there something you need to be telling me right now?” Winston
