Chapter 12

"Good morning boss." The head of the workers said into the phone.

"Yeah. How was the trip? What's the report?" Jake asked the worker.

"It was successful, sir. We arrived with the ship this morning and the goods are being transported into the delivery vans."

"That's good news. Every financial record is sent to me directly and not through the manager. Okay?" He ordered.

"Yes sir. I'll send them immediately when we are done with delivery."

"Good. I'll be waiting for your call and report." Jake said and hung up before sitting on his chair.

He missed his children as it has been months. He just wanted to see their faces again and encourage them that he didn't leave them.

For the first time, Jake thought of spying on his children as they were taken to school. He got up into his car and hwy had tinted windows and began his stalk.

He arrived at the Mayor's house and parked some feets away from their gate as he waited for the car his kids usually used to drive to school.
