They were back at the party but this time in much casual clothes. Lydia was comforting Madison while Archer was speaking to Damien.

“So you never saw him?”

Damien shook his head, “I saw him leave if that’s what you are asking. I have cameras everywhere that will confirm this,”

“I know, I am just wondering how come he is dead,” Archer said.

“Why does this matter to you?”

“Because he is Madison’s friend,” Archer paused when he saw the frown on Damien’s face, “look, I know you are angry with Madison but she means well,”

“I know, I take it that you are back together? You walked in hand in hand,”

“Yeah, we are back together.” Archer confirmed and even though this was the first time he heard that out loud, it felt good to hear it.

Damien clapped his back, “I am happy for you but we need to figure out what this mess is. Why would this happen at my party?”

“I am not sure about that but we will look into it, we are going back tomorrow. Call me if you need anything,” Archer gri
