The days following the initial revelations were tense. Chairman Conrad and Christopher maintained a façade of normalcy at the office, but behind closed doors, they were strategizing and investigating, trying to piece together the full picture of Cosmos and Sapphira's intentions.

One crisp morning, the private investigators returned to the Conrad estate. Chairman Conrad had called them back urgently, sensing that there were more layers to uncover in this unfolding mystery.

Christopher was already in the study when the investigators arrived. He stood by the window, gazing out at the manicured gardens, deep in thought. The sun was bright, but it did little to lift the heavy mood that had settled over the house.

Detectives Harris and Reed were shown in by Cosmos, who, as usual, was unaware of their true purpose. "Good morning, sirs," he said, bowing slightly. "Would you like some coffee?"

"No, thank you, Cosmos," Chairman Conrad replied, his voice steady. "Please ensure we are not distur
