'What is he doing?' Julia didn't know what to do. 'Shit, I'm gonna be cut from the scene again! Is he retrying the scene where I said, 'What do you mean, Colonel?' Or the scene where I point a gun at him? Shit! Which scene is he trying to do?!'

"I killed enemies. Who I killed are the enemies of my country! Murphy, Finley, Koa—I killed them. With this rifle," Marcus muttered, his voice trembling.
