Chapter Seventy-Eight

Marcus wiped the sweat and took a deep breath before glancing around.

Bewildered expressions greeted him, and there was a sense of awe among the crew.

They all just stared at him with bewildered looks.

The crew exchanged astonished glances, murmuring among themselves.

"Is he really a rookie?"

"Did you see how he looked at the soldier?! It was so terrifying! How can he act like that?"

"He's like a completely different person. Did we underestimate him?"

The actors, who were insulting Marcus just a while ago, were all taken aback.

"Did he secretly enroll in a military academy or something? How was he able to fight and move like that?"

"He's making us all look bad, especially after what we said about what happened with Declan.

"D-Did he really put something in Declan's coffee?"

Marcus smirked as he heard the whispers.

Even without the system telling him that he was successful with the mission, Marcus already could tell by their reactions.
