Chapter 6

Mr Bright looked at Moore in confusion.

"A rich guy transferred 100 million dollars to his beloved grandson yesterday as a birthday gift. What if this person standing here is the grandson, I'm not sure he is this one but I need to confirm." He thought deeply, he took a deep breath and looked at Moore.

"Are you Moore Jackson?." He asked.

"No, why are you asking?." Moore replied sharply, he denied his name in front of everyone. Mr Bright's face expression changed immediately.

"Thank God he is not the one, let's deal with this in a proper way." Mr Bright muttered under his breath, gnashing his teeth. He looked at Moore with a hateful look.

"Where is your card?." He requested, Moore shoved his hand into his pocket and brought out the card, then he handed it over to him.

Mr Bright collected it and threw it away at once.

"There is no way 100 million dollars will be in this card. Are you trying to play with us? Look Mr we have a lot of work and customers to deal with. Please just step out of this place before you get punished for what you did." Mr Bright shouted at him. Moore became angry and irritated.

"What do you mean by I was trying to play with you. I also have what to do, so get that straight into your skull. I have explained myself times without number to you. I am not telling a lie I truly have such an amount in my bank account." Moore fired back with lots of rage.

"Look at the way he talks, it truly shows that he doesn't have such an amount in there." A customer stated and smirked.

"You can't just come here to insult our manager, he is taking everything slowly with you yet you are still proving stubborn." The clerk yelled at him, but Moore cared less as he was thinking how he could be denied his own money and he couldn't do anything about it, they were even mocking him.

"Sorry, but I don't believe you, how can you bring a  regular card claiming you have such a huge amount there, that is impossible. The clerk was right, I think I took things easy with you. That's why you felt you could do whatever you wanted to do. If you cannot prove yourself then prepare to be locked up." Mr Bright threatened with a grin.

"If I may ask, why can't I have 100 million dollars in this card?." Moore asked with curiosity.

"I will gladly answer you, I think you should have asked this earlier on but I don't blame you, your brain didn't pass the message across to you." Mr Bright mocked him, and everybody laughed hard except Moore. He cursed them under his breath in anger.

"He is so dumb." Another person said and they laughed again, after the laughter had subsided, Mr Bright cleared his throat.

"Any bank user with more than 50 million dollars will be given a golden card which indicates high respect but you don't have it, you claim to have 100 million dollars and you bring a regular card." He explained calmly.

"Gosh, I didn't know this is how it is done here, what I'm I going to do now?." Moore thought.

"He might be a fraud." A customer said.

"Yes he is." Another customer supported, and they began to insult Moore the more.

"I need to defend myself before things get out of hand." Moore thought and spoke.

"No I am not, I'm really sure about the money, but the only thing is that I didn't know I will have to get my card changed into a golden card." He defended himself.

A serious middle-aged man came in.

"Who parked his or her car at the front of the gate of the bank? We are expecting a respected guest today, so the car must be moved away right now." He announced, Moore remembered how he parked his car.

"I am the owner of the car." Moore spoke up, everybody bursted into boisterous laughter.

"First it was the money and now the car, how long will he continue to lie to everyone, I guess he is addicted to lying." A customer insulted, and they laughed again.

"Why did they have to take me for granted always, do they think I just come here to lie and play around?. I will show them my evidence." Moore thought in fury. He brought out his key and waved it in the air.

"Did you believe me now?." He sent a discomforting question to them, they became uncomfortable because they knew that car wasn't a cheap car.

"I think he is telling the truth this time around." The workers whispered into their ears, the customers also began to murmur to themselves.

The middle aged man ( Ford) was confused at what was happening before he came in.

"Why did they laugh when he said it was his car? It is nothing new for someone to own a car but why  was he looked down upon. Something must have happened here." Mr Ford thought and passed his gazes around. He felt the urge to ask but something was restricting him.

"I don't know what happened, and I don't think I am ready to know. All I want is for the car to be moved away from that spot immediately." He thought and faced Moore who was still looking angry.

"Go and move your car away from that spot right now." He said, Moore walked out and parked the car elsewhere.

After he was done, he went back in but now, customers were now getting attended to.

"Thank God the whole drama has ended." He said,  the clerk and manager still want a lot of drama with the looks on their faces.

"I have done what you told me to do." Moore informed, Mr Ford nodded.

"I need to call the honorable guest." He muttered, brought out his phone and dialed a number. Suddenly, Moore's phone rang.
