Making plans

Vanya walked out of the Adventurers guild with the emblem that she attached to the shoulder of her cloth, this emblem signified that she was now an mercenary, and one of the good parts of being a first level mercenary was that she was awarded 100 gold coins, to get some equipment, if that amount was removed from the 1000 she owed the Adventurers guild you could say she only owed then 900 gold coins.

In the game that is being played right now, players are still bargaining over copper coins, but he has already hained 100 gold coins, later in the game players would find out about this loop hole, and this would be the reason why alot of players would go to the Adventurers guild signing thesame Oat she did.

The monetary denomination was not very difficult to understand and was reasonably uncomplicated. One coin made of copper was equivalent to a 100 coin made of silver, and one coin made of silver was equivalent to a 100 coin made of gold.

Gold was the most valuable form of currency, and larger-valued goods and consumables were frequently exchanged for crystals rather than coins.

The man gave a small nod and then reached under the desk to pull out a a sort of catalog, this catalog contained various plant and medicinal flowers that the shop owned, Vanya checked the catalog one by one untill she saw the ones that she needed, she made her requests and then waited for the shop ow er to bring them out

Secons later the shop owner brought out the herbs all of them were in good condition, Vanya was glad everything she needed was right here, she immediately paid for it, all thus herbs had cost her almost a 1000 gold coins.

"Is there any place nearby where i can rent an alchemy room"

The shop owners eyes squinted as he heard that.

"Are you an Alchemist"

"I can make a few potions here and there"

"Where are my manners, good day sir alchemist"

"There is an alchemist room down in the streets, take this and the guards would allow you entery"

Alchemist were respected throughout the game, though Vanya wasnt an alchemist yet, she could make some low level body building potions because in her last life she manage to become a low level alchemist

"Thank you very much." Vanya received a flirtatious look from the man while she batted her eyelashes and even introduced herself.

She was amused, she knew what the shop owner wanted, but right now she didnt have any time to become shop alchemist, she had too many things to do.

She walked out of the shop and went down the street using the direction that was giving by the shop owner, and just as the shop owner had said there was a room that was guarded by two level 20 guards holding spears, she showed them the plague and then they greated her and opened the door to allow her enter.

Vanya swiped aside a handful of system notifications that appeared in front of her as they appeared on the screen.

After that, she went to the middle of the cramped room and sat down,while closing the door

Soon after, she strted bringing out everything she had bought from the shop owner, soon enough the small room was completely crammed with a variety of items, including a large cauldron, several herbs, and some materials that were combination of several animal parts All of these items were what she needed for her potion.

Vanya smiled as she saw that Everything was intact, it was finally time to get started.

"Here goes nothing."

Vanya took a moment to compose herself before beginning the process of activating the cauldron. All that was required was for her put send some of her spiritual energy into it, and then it would immediately be activated.

After activation, the remaining part was to jeep sendi g ebergy to the runes surroundibg the cauldron this rune had the ability to manage the amount of heat that was produced by the cauldron,

but in order for Vanya to accomplish anything like that, she needed to have a much higher level and access to a huge amount of mana, not to mention better control over how he was using his mana.

Because Vanya was just in level one and didnt have enough mana she had to turn to the automated temperature contro, using this control all that was required was a single press of her thumb against the cauldron, and she could control the amont if temperature she needed.

Then, while she waited for the cauldron to heat up, Vanya began to unfold the herbs.

The packet of hervs consister of various herbs invluding 10 years Ginseng, blue root flower, hibiscus leaves and other hersbs, She went through the herbs needed for the potion methodically,

smelling each one as she did so in order to make sure there were the ones she wanted, because the most dinstict different between hervs were their smell, she had gone through so much in her last life to ingrain the small of the herbs in her head.

She had been an alchemist at one point in the past in her past life. Gathering herbs from a mountain was a tedious task that she and many other alchemist were forced to perform, as their guild needed pills.

Though she hated that time when she was an alchemist, suprisinly that was one of the few good memories of the past that she had, the other ones were too horrific that she didnt want to think about it.

Vanya gave a sarcastic grin before beginning to put the herbs into the water cauldron that was already heated.

She added them in the prescribed order based on the recipe that he recalled from her memory, suprisinly she remembered the recipe very well, as she knew she was going go back in time and she was going to need it.

In 'Game on' Alchemy gormulars were always gotten froom loots or reward from completing missions but tgere was still another way, that was if you already had the memory of making one, Vanya remenbered that in her last life only oeople who were good in the old chinese medicine were able to make some low level potions from their head.

When the herbs were added, they immediately started being disintegrated and completely turbed onto liquid.

After that, Vanya started adding other materials which mostly included the animal part, as each of this materials fell i to the boiling liquid of herbs, the color of the micture kept changing and the snell also kept alternating, when the last one was inputed into the misxture, a comforting medicinal smell started spreading throughout the room.

Vanya was quickly becoming drenched in sweat from head to toe as the temperature in the cramped room used for making Alchemy increased.

"It seems everything seemed to have gone well" she looked at the potion, she had made and her eyes shined, now that everything was done it was time for the hard part.

The first thing on Vanya list since she had been returbed to the past, was fixing her body, the human body was the foundations where pawers mana and everything relied on yo stand, it was weak, it meant everything else would always be weak.

That was why this time she wanted to fix that first, and the best way to do that was by using the body vleansing potion.

And now she had managed yo ceeate this potion, the only thing that was left was using it, the only way of using the body vleansing potion was applying it around the entire body, which was very painfull.

The moment she started applying the liquid all around her body various system noise started clouding her head.

Taking into account the fact that she had only 10 health points at the moment, she held her breath and stared at the screen, despite the fact that she was already aware of the outcome.

Her health did drop all the way down to 3/10, however it remained stable at that point afterward.

After taking in the essences of a variety of plants and bones, her body began the process of releasing the vast quantities of toxins that were contained within the flesh and the bones.

Within a short amount of time, the entire contents of the bath tub had taken on a pitch-black hue, and the water had turned into a viscous oil.

"Damm this stinks!"

Vanya scratched her nose and stepped out of the bath tub, leaving a trail of filth and grime behind him on the floor of the rest room.

She went straight from thr barh tub to the shower, where she scrubbed herself thoroughly until he felt thoroughly clean and revitalized.

In spite of the fact that she still appeared to be really thin her body now exuded a healthy glow, and some curves were already starting to show, even her twin peaks seemed to have in reased in size with her skin was turning flawless and devoid of any imperfections, she was a completely new Vanya.

After that, Vanya hastily redressed herself in the ragged clothing she had been wearing earlier.

The bath tub was equipped with a rune that, when activated, would perform a full and comprehensive cleaning of the tub from the inside out, after that she walked towads the cauldron that was still activated.

Consequently, she opened her inventory space, which consisted of just ten slots total, and placed the cauldron in one of the available spots.

He wouldn't go so far as to call her a fairy because she still had a figure that gave the impression that she was nothing more than skin covering a skeleton, but her features were more defined than they had been before.

Her eyes were cold, and emotionless, looking like some kind of high beinghe really wanted to ask her how she had done it, but unfortunately, vanya had already left, and now he could only see his back from a distance.

"Well this is definately a good start" Vanya gave a quick click before proceeding to her next location, which was the training area, the place where she would put one of her plans into motion.

Though this place was located in the outskirts of the town and you would expect it to have less people, suprisinly it was full of player and other mercenaries who were all looking to increase their strenghts.

As she entered the place, she could see alot of equipment used for training and also some coaches teaching both the players and some NPC mercenaries, at the bavk or this large ground was a room

The purpose of this room was to acquire and practice fundamental skills with the help of the instructors and coaches in the training hall;

Though they were alot of players in the hall, alot of them were here because they looking for hidden mission.

Vanya laughed as she saw this, yes they were actually hidden missions in this place, but the players were completely going about it the wrong way, disturbing the instructors woukdnt get you any mission, you had to prove yourself first, they should instead had stick yo training because this fame had something unique the more one trained the more proficient one becomes using a particular technique.

Vanya didnt talk to anyone as she entered, she was just surveying the room, she looked at each instructor as if looking gor something.

Suddenly almost at the bavk of the hall she saw an old man stand behind everyone else looking at all the mercenaries and instructors as if he was unimpressed, the moment Vanya looked at the man, he turned to stare at her, Vanya felt his gaze land on her and she felt as if sword had come out of his eyes and pinched her eyes

She felt some kind of pain in her head, but she didnt choose to shift her gaze, because this man was the reason why she was here, he was the person she had been looking for and the instructor she had to impress.

The man gave her a kind of nod and then shifted his look, as if he didnt care about her the next second.

Vanya was already overjoyed, though he looked disinterested, atleast he had giving her a nod.

Many players didnt know about the gold mine that was in front of them, the man held a mission that if completed would shoot someone level of strenght through thr roof, and the most important thing was that you would get a reward that created the greatest foundation ever in the game.

Vanya became serious as she already knew what to do, this was her very first stubling block in this game in this timeline, and if she passes it, she is one step away from saving her brother and the rest of humanity.
