General Wolf is Back.

Chapter 1

In a dark alley not so far from the Oakville subway station, Danny Allen is pacing around in anticipation.

His phone was etched to his right ear as he answered a call.

"Rene, have the troops returned to the Phoenix Elite Forces headquarters, I have something of urgency to do immediately."

Danny Allen's voice was laced with a mixture of authority and determination.

He was dressed up in his full military-grade gear, his M16 assault rifle fully loaded and hanging at his back.

Staring at his military grade watch, it was 7.30 pm, he immediately removed his night vision headgear.

"I hope my intel was right." Danny Allen immediately muttered to himself.

His team had airdropped him right through the glass roof into the dark alley.

Danny Allen, a 5'9 General of the dreadful Phoenix Elite Forces, was on a mission.

Some 13 years ago, his family's villa, The Allen family villa, was burned down to the ground by some unknown assassins.

Everyone had died in that fire, everyone including, Mr Raul Allen, his father, Mrs Violet, Justin and Juliet Allen, his brother and sister were also burnt alive in the fire.

That day, he was saved by a girl, who he didn't quite get to meet before the assassins chased him and he had to jump into the valley not far from the Allen family villa.

Since then, that girl had been in his mind, after surviving many bone fractures and injuries from that daredevil stunt he pulled to save his life, he was nurtured by a mystery caveman who he still doesn't know who he was.

Later he got an unusual invitation to join the Phoenix Elite Forces, the world's most renowned military unit in the world.

Having the anger of losing his parents and siblings in that fire as a zeal, he built himself to the best of Generals and became the fearsome General Wolf of the Phoenix Elite Forces.

Single-handedly, Danny Allen had raided and defeated uncountable numbers of enemies, especially on international soil.

His missions were top priority and highly classified secret operations.

After many years of achieving impossible feats, today was the day he decided to return from the classified Phoenix Elite Forces headquarters to Oakville, he is back to find out the men who took out his family, why they did it and to pay them all back in their own coin.

But first, he must find the girl who saved him and repay her for saving him and giving him another chance at life to fully avenge his family's killers, whoever they were.

Just then his phone rang and it was Jefferson, his second in command and the best sniper in the whole of the Phoenix Elite Forces.

"What's up, any news on the location of Kim Morris?!"

Danny Allen asked, his voice was laced with a mixture of anticipation as he maintained his composure.

He had one of the half-heart-shaped pendants that he had given to the girl who saved him before jumping off in that valley.

"Jefferson, speak to me, did you find the girl that saved me some thirteen years ago?!"

Danny Allen's voice hadn't lost its authority and determination, not even one bit.

"I think so, General Wolf."

"I got information that Lord Edward Morris and the Morris family are trying to auction her today at 7.45 pm today, at the Oakville square."

"I haven't seen her but I guess that she is the one."

"After saving you, Kim Morris suffered a severe third-degree burn that damaged all the layers of her skin."

"Her whole body was burnt and she and her family were pushed aside by Lord Edward Morris and Lady Barbara Morris."

"They typically blame her for being the reason why they are still in the second class family in Oakville."

"Her cousins aren't also helping matters as they say that her selfless act of foolishness made her not get married into the influential family of the Claude's."

As Jefferson, his second in command narrated all this, Danny Allen who still had his phone etched to his ears, had his face etched with emotions and feelings.

"No problem, Jefferson, get back to the alley, let's go to Oakville square now."

"There might still be a chance for me to finally pay back Kim Morris for saving me from that burning apartment!"

"What about the black box I retrieved from my mom's room the day our apartment was burnt down to ashes, Have you been able to crack the safe open?"

The question came as a shock to Jefferson, who immediately shuddered backwards in trepidation where he was.

"No General Wolf, I will keep trying to open it!"

Jefferson replied almost immediately, his voice was laced with a mixture of trepidation and anxiety.

Danny Allen had managed to retrieve a medium-sized black box from his mom's room as he was running off the burning building the day he was saved by Kim Morris.

His mother had told him that all that he needed to know was in that black box, he had tried his best to open it but all to no avail.

"Very well then, meet me on the tenth floor and get my ride ready."

"Hurry up, we don't have much time!"

Danny Allen's voice was laced with a mixture of determination and urgency.
