The night was breezy as Alex drove out of the office. He had told Andres to go back home. He needed the peace that came with staying alone or with a loved one. His thoughts went to Aurora and he picked up his phone to call her. Still she did not pick. He looked at his rear view mirror, wondering what was happening and why she was refusing to pick his calls but he could not think of a good reason for her to not pick his calls, expect if she was in trouble
