One-shot n°1: Curiosity.
I've never been someone people can call "sensitive". I actually never felt any feeling.
Well, that is, apart from curiosity.
From an eternal viewpoint, this seems perfect: no fear, no emotions to hinder your thoughts... The perfect rationalist.
But objectively, it is quite dangerous.
People already understood that pain was essential to survive long ago, but everyone forgets everything has a use. You get sleepy when you need sleep, you fear danger...
While it is indeed a pain when disproportionate, it is, in fact, useful in all kinds of situations.
I had a hard time keeping my body intact until now because
ClemCaAn interesting thing I notice now with experience is that I kind of self-inserted into that character back when I wrote it. That character is just an exaggeration of my own characteristics. I always had a lot of trouble with emotions and understanding others’ emotions, so I kind of multiplied the scale by many times and wrote it. This was written as a one-shot with an open end to eventually do a continuation if people liked it, so if you do, do tell me.
