"Do you wear contact lenses?"

I frowned.

-No.

Her eyes widened more than usual, and with the makeup she was wearing, they looked huge.

"Do you have black eyes?" Her,” she inquired as she leaned back on the table to get a closer look at me. Her shocked tone caused a little more blood to pool on my cheeks.

"I-they're dark brown," I lied, and decided to distract her. And you, what do you do?

I blinked. This girl never rested. Why did someone as young as her need to work so hard?

-You live alone? I guessed her.

"May I know why you live alone?" I asked tactfully.
