JOMAR GROUP

CONT'D from Chapter 44

Jack and Jane were now home.

Their two cars were now parked in the garage, and they stood beside it.

Jane did not know how to drive, so Jack had driven with her in the new car, and they had come home.

One of the men in the car garage drove the truck behind them to the house.

They were now standing in the middle of the compound, looking around.

The birds had been brought in by the man, and they were already in their cages.

It was already evening, 5pm, and the Sunday was just setting, giving out a golden bright light across the face of the earth.

Jack and Jane told calmly and undertones to themselves as they took a stroll around the house

“ Thank you for the car, Jack. I really appreciate it” Jane said to him.

Jack just smiled and nodded.

“ You saved my whole life when everybody ignored. You deserve more than that actually” Jack said with a smile

“ You know I never really dreamed of having to ever live in this kind of house.

I could only fantasize a

Instead, he nodded as if to confirm what he had just said.“ Wait, I can't sleep alone in one room. This is a new house and I can't do that. I will be scared” Jane said.Jack looked at her with a raised eyebrow.“ How? I don't think there is anything here to be afraid of, besides you were living all alone in your previous house” Jack asked in surprise“ Yes, I know, but that was a much smaller house, and I could show it is. This house is a very big one and I am very scared living alone in a room and besides it's a new house” Jane said with a serious faceAt first, Jack thought that Jane was trying to make fun of him, but upon seeing her serious face, he knew she was very serious and meant what she had just s

STRANGE FEELINGS AND EMOTIONSThe tone in which Mr David said that was a sad one.“ Well, from the investigations made by the firefighters, the cause of the fire was not an ordinary one. They found bases of sulfuric acid in the place. That would only mean one thing, that it was intentionally done by someone. Someone intentionally poured sulfuric acid into one of the openings, and it dissolved and caught fire. so it could possibly be one of the workers. As of now, i dont know of anyone who could have done that” Mr David said.Jack heaved a sigh and nodded.“ Alright, thank you for this I will work on it and make sure everything is in order.” Jack said.“ Okay sir”“ Well, thank you, Mr David, I really appreciate your help and effort. CAUGHT STARINGJack emerged from the bathroom and looked at Jane as she sat on the bed.She was already dressed up and looked like she was ready. Jack could not help but admire the beautiful face of the lady who sat at the edge of his bed.He stopped in his tracks as he stared at her sheepishly. As he kept staring, his eyes unconsciously met with her and subsequently locked up in a moment. It was very obvious that she was also staring at him, and they had met with their eyes. After a few seconds, they broke off from the lock, and Jack grinned. He needed to do something to cover up the uneasiness and clear the aura.He quickly got his phone from beside her and operated it for a few seconds. He walked closer and pointed the phone to her.“ There are some images of some restaurants. You can choose the one you would like us to go to” Jack said as he pointed the phone to her.He noticed that there was no movement from Jane for a second.Looking at her, he realized she was still stari

Jane had intentionally acted as though he was unable to touch the phone screen.Just as she was expecting, a tender and manly hand held hers and directed it to the face of the screenA smile played on the corners of her mouth, but she forced it back. She finally touched the screen, and the picture opened.“ I think you can open your eyes now and see what you chose” she heard Jack say.She quickly opened her eyes and looked at the screen. There was something in Jack's hand beside her own hand. Her focus was now dire
