Xander gave his word and he intended to see it through to the latter. He would not disappoint Lina. Sebastian was arrested again, taken under custody and Xander suspected that he would be seeing the former mayor sometime soon. The woman seemed to have appeared out of thin air but the actual truth was that Lady Willow was already seated in that cafe even before Xander arrived.
