I got home around 3 pm from work and I have been thinking of someone who will be willing to go with me to my granny. She seems serious this time around and I can’t disappoint her. I went through my contacts to see if there’s someone I can convince to go with me. I scrolled till I got to Nathan’s contact which made me want to call him but due to what ensued between us I reluctantly scrolled past his contact.

At that point, I was stranded and didn’t know what to do. I wanted to call my grandma and tell her my date had had an emergency needed to attend to and had rescheduled the said date.

I was in my thoughts when I had a call, I checked and it was Nathan. “Talk of the devil,” I said to myself. “What does he even want? I hope he is not trying to apologize again for what he did.” I said.

I picked up to hear what he got to say. “Hey Bella, how is everything going? I hope you’re still not mad from what happened earlier on.” He said.

“I’m sure you’re not going to make me angry again.
