Wanting to prove himself, Rowan fearlessly rushed into an orc captain’s territory. His bravery actually surprised the spiders and even Sesi.

“He’s going to kill himself because of his stupid bravery,” Sesi said. “Anyway, let’s see how he fares against those orcs.”

“No, their average level itself is much higher than our levels,” Leah said. “He will struggle against just one, much less against multiple of them.”

“You’re right, but he ran toward his death on his own accord,” Sesi blurted.

“Yeah, but we can’t just let him die,” Leah said and also charged forth into the orcs’ territory.

Sesi looked at Gary. “Your girlfriend is headstrong. It will be hard for you to govern her after you get married.”

“Let’s not talk about the distant future right now,” Gary replied. “Let’s focus on what’s ahead of us.”

“You’re right,” Sesi took a breath and then also rushed into their territory.

Gary looked at the spiders, and they were still looking very hesitant.
