THE FUNERAL SERVICE of a billionaire of any state is not a small matter. The funeral service of Vittorio Orsatti – the man who lived through 3 generations, orchestrating chaos and taking out any rival or enemy he might have – was even bigger than an average billionaire.

There was a slight drizzle on that day. It was a lazy rain that blew in from New York.
