HELL: The Dark Lord In City

Chapter 13

Lucifer was sitting all alone in his almost dark room. The only source of light was a little gap between the thick curtains that allowed a ray of sunlight to enlighten the room. He was seated on the thick carpet on floor with eyes closed and legs crossed.

He was mediating from last 12 hours straight summoning each and every being that is known to him. The beings who he calls as HIS OWN PEOPLE.

This was the moment when every being on earth was linked with Lucifer’s mind and were able to communicate.

With his eyes closed lucifer took a deep long breath and spoke up with a smile, “So good to have you all here.”

“Come on Jake! Run faster..” shouted a girl in her twenties, while running through the forest and passing all the hurdles.

“Coming kid.” Jake said while increasing his pace. They kept running and within a few seconds Jake passed the girl and shouted with a laugh, “Come on kid..beat me.”

“Don’t call me that..” the girl ran fast.

Jake heard something in his head and suddenly stopped making the girl to bump into his back.

“Owww!” Said Jake while rubbing his back where the girl’s head collided.

“Can’t you see Anna?” Jake again asked in annoyance.

“It’s you who stopped suddenly.” Anna complained.

“Ohh..that’s because I felt someone summoned me.” Jake told his sister.

“Summoned you? Who? Any idea?” Anna asked.

“Nope. Not yet.” Jake said and then again felt something and murmured, “Satan.”

Anna’s eyes grew wide when she heard this name. Just the name Satan was something that was capable of scaring even the strongest of Vampire in their tribe.

“Kids come home fast.” Anna heard her mother calling out..they were just 2 kilometres away from their home that was in middle of the forest so she was able to hear what her mother was saying…all thanx to the extraordinary hearing abilities of Vampires.

The siblings rushed towards their home that was actually a wooden bungalow, no one would have ever imagined that in the middle such a dense forest there would be a big house that also have many cottages around..as if a whole community is living there.

“What’s wrong mom?” Anna asked while entering the bug hall of the house where she saw all the community members sitting and waiting for them.

“Lucifer! The satan has summoned us and we all are supposed to listen what the lord wants us to hear.” Her father, Luis, said and gestured the kids to be seated, he had greyish hair but in no way he was old, he was the chief of their clan that had around 120 members.

Jake and Anna got seated and everyone closed their eyes and one by one started to get connected to Lucifer.

It was only Anna who was finding it difficult to link her mind. The only thing that makes her feel ashamed of herself was that even after being a capable vampire she always finds it difficult to respond to someone who had summoned her.

With a lot of efforts she somehow managed to make a link although she was sure that there were high chances that she would be able to listen partially.

The vampires where sitting quietly till Luis frowned and murmured “werewolves..Why?” Referring to the presence of werewolves felt by him.

“Yes Luis, they are my people too.” Lucifer calmly said.

“Your people who don’t know how to live with other people of yours.” Luis said with a hint of anger in his tone.

“You gotta be kidding me.” Said Chris, the leader, the Alpha of a Werewolf clan.

“Stop you both.” Said lucifer in anger and in no way both the parties would dare to oppose Lucifer.

“The point of summoning you all is that every being under the sun is now dealing with a fatal situation. The Half Dead is building his army and no being is safe from his sight.” Lucifer said and the moment he stopped he could hear so many whispers that came from different part of the world from different creatures.

“Half dead?”

“How can a half dead be in loose?”

“He will kill us all”

“Will he come for us?”

“STOP YOU ALL.” Lucifer shouted leading to a pin drop silence.

Chris took a deep breath and asked, “Lord what can we do about this situation? Will he come for werewolves?”

“Don’t ask as if you are scared..you are making the werewolves look scared.” Said Drake, another alpha from another clan.

“Well What’s new in you guys being scared?” Said Luis with a smirk.

“Can you all not sit and listen first?” Maze said in annoyance…making everyone aware of his presence.

“We are listening Chief, but the point is it’s just a half dead you just command and we Vampires are ready to deal with him. You don’t have to ask everyone out there.” Luis said with a proud expressions making all the Vampires around the world feel proud.

“Can we end this here only. My apologies on the behalf of my husband!” Luis’s wife intruded knowing that all this was not going in a good direction.

“Ohh please..my lord don’t even trust these vamps..they would clearly run aways when they’ll face danger..we can help you out.” Drake said.

“Help? You think the lord is doing all this to ask for help? Luis it’s better you don’t let your powers make you go blind. “ maze shushed them in anger.

“My apologies.” Both the men replied.

“My lord if not help then what are we all here for?” Chris asked lucifer.

“I’m just informing you all for the danger lurking on earth, on you all.“ lucifer said making everyone feel the seriousness of the situation.

“My lord, who all are exactly the victims of half dead? I mean who all he hunts upon?” Drake asked.

“trust me guys you don’t want to know where the half dead lies in food chain. He would come for each and every being under the sun.” Lucifer said.

While the conversation was about to end Lucifer said, “Luis,Do tell your daughter what all things we discussed..she didn’t heard a word.”

Luis’s face fell in embarrassment as he felt ashamed that his daughter was pointed out like that by the hell lord himself.

After the meeting was done it was only Lucifer and Maze that were left doing telepathy.

“Lucifer one question.” Maze asked

“Go onn I’m listening.” Lucifer said while getting up and going toward the water bottle to have some.

“Why you didn’t tell them that you are planning to build an army?” Maze asked.

Lucifer smirked and said, “because they aren’t ready for it..”

“Why so?” Asked maze in astonishment while he was now lying on his bed.

“Well they still have a lot to learn..most importantly team work..at time of war I can’t let two of my strongest creatures fighting amongst themselves.” Lucifer said and then stopped their conversation there only.

Maze got up and said, “so what are we going to do now?”

Lucifer smiled and replied, “bring them on same page first.”
