HELL: The Dark Lord In City

Chapter 18

“You know you shouldn’t have done that.” Maze complained while driving the car back home with Lucifer siting on the front passenger seat.

“Whatever.” Lucifer said trying to shut the conversation.

“Lucifer you need to answer me why you did it.” Maze asked with his eyes stuck to road.

“That girl, she’s getting on my nerves now. She’s determined to find out everything going on around her. This is Just crazy.” Lucifer said.

“That’s just human curiosity..It’s normal Lucifer. You can’t expect a human to remain silent after knowing that there are abnormal things going onn around her..with her.” Maze said.

Lucifer took few deep with 1,2,3..count in his mind and then spoke up, “So now let it be. Let her try and find out the truth. I will also make sure no one believes her. Humans only crave for unnecessary attention when she’ll find out no one is believing her she’ll herself calm down.”

“That’s rude.” Maze said.

“That’s what I’m. I’m not here to babysit a over curious brat.” Lucifer said with a straight face.

Maze didn’t even tried to talk any further as he knew lucifer was in no mood to listen. So he kept on driving in silence..

On the other hand whole werewolf clan of Chris turned into a new topic of discussion for all other beings. A vampire girl staying in a cottage of werewolf was something never happened before.

In vampires house the vampires were more that ready then ever before to attack on werewolves.

Jake was in no mood to spare the kidnapper of his sister.

“I won’t let a single werewolf of that clan witness the morning sun.” These were the words uttered by Luis when he heard about his daughter being abducted by Chris.

The preparations were done, the fighters were ready..(in-fact all the members were fighters)

They were all set to move out from their homes and started moving towards the base of Chris’s pack.

All black dressed vampires slowly And without making any noise gathered around the area of main base in middle of forest.

By evening everyone positioned themselves around the base and stayed there till dusk as planned.

As the sun was all set to disappear vampires heard few eerie noises around them.

One by one each vampire felt a strange presence around them but none of them was able to see exactly what was behind them.

Luis who was ignoring all these activities finally became the first victim of this unknown entity.

He felt a strong pull as if someone dragged him from the back of his collar and he got hit with the tree behind him…cracking the bark.

“Dad!” Jake shouted but not loud enough to get heard by wolves..he ran towards his father and bend down to check if he was ok.

And of course Luis was the strongest vampire so he was supposed to be fine.

“I’m ok..but what the hell was that?” Luis said with a tint of pain in his voice as he was still recovering from the pain dur to collision.

“That’s something really weird.” Jake’s mother pointed out talking in whispers.

“I have never experienced something like ever before.” Said another vampire.

“Dad even I felt something..strange..as in paranormal.” Jake said.

“Paranormal? Why would paranormal beings attack vampires?” Luis questioned his son while brushing off this theory.

“Then who it can be luis?” Asked one of the female vampire.

“I don’t know yet. But it’s definitely one of those mischievous creature that live along with us in forest.” Luis said in much bolder voice now.

“What do you mean mischievous creature? As in goblins?” Jake’s mother asked.

“May be.” Luis said.

The moment Luis completed this sentence he heard a loud shriek coming from opposite end of the circle they have made around base. He knew it was from a female vampire and all of them rushed towards the direction of voice.

The shriek made werewolves aware of the foreign presence near there base Chris commanded in loud voice, “Gear up! That can be our enemy. But No one will go for a fatal blow till I command.get it?”

He got a YES in chorus as a response to his statement.

Anna woke up with such loud voice coming from outside her cottage.

She realised she had been sleeping the whole day since the last interaction that she had with Chris.

“I hope you will convey your message to your family you know with that mind talk like thing you guys do.” He had said.

“I will.” Anna had replied mainly because she was too ashamed to accept that she can not transmit messages like other vampires do.

Specially in front of a werewolf who was the alpha of his pack with so much of power and common sense that she don’t want to accept but was attracted to. Not to mention how hot he was. If he was a vampire then she would have already started flirting with him…even with an injured leg.

“God Anna you fucked up. You should have told him that you can’t talk to your fam…I hope my family don’t do anything crazy.” Anna whispered to herself knowing that she had messed up.

She slowly tried to get out of her bed and started moving towards the door. Her wound was almost healed all thanks to her abilities but it was still hurting.

She somehow reached the door and went outside only to witness all the werewolves in their true self..she was not ashamed to accept the fact that the presence of hundreds of werewolves around her scared the shit out of her.

But still she managed to keep calm knowing that the Alpha himself was supporting her.

Her attention got diverted towards another shriek that came from the forest and she knew it was coming from a female vampire. She could feel that…she was so sure.

With in seconds she got the whole picture, “Fuck vampire vs werewolves? I hope it’s not because pf me.” She thought to herself and started walking towards Chris.

She had seen his werewolf form so she knew that currently he was standing in the middle of crowd.

Her speed was already slow due to her injury and now she had to make her way through so many werewolves..making her speed slower.

“Chris!” She shouted but her voice was covered with the noise of whispers around her.

“I have to tell him that I couldn’t reach my family.” She thought to herself.

On the other hand, Luis reached the female Vampire named Ginny who was whimpering in pain as she had a big cut on her back.

A deep cut it was, as if she was brutally attacked by an animal.

“Werewolves!” Jake roared in rage.

All the vampires had their temperaments raised high as they charged towards the base.

Jake’s mother stood besides the injured girl only as she knew weak members are more prone to attacks.
