HIS RESURGENCE CHAPTER 142Nathaniel got into the taxi that would convey him from the airport to his destination. He made a stop at the hotel his father’s secretary booked for him and unpacked his bags.“Did you get it?” He asked.“Yes, I’ll give him a call now if you’re ready.”“Do it.”The secretary dialed the number he had managed to get his hands on and gave the phone to Nathaniel as it rang.“Alexander Whitlock.” He called. “I have reason to believe that you’re messing with my plans to get my company back. That’s not good, for you.”“Nathaniel Hernandez. I wasn’t expecting a call from you. It seemed like you got what you wanted. Xavier is dead isn’t he? I saw it on the news, a bloated body was found in the sea with his identification on it.”“Yes, my plan worked, so I should be happy shouldn’t I?”“If your plan worked, you wouldn’t be calling me. She had been trying to find him for a while now and everything she did yielded nothing. She always cane to a dead end. He would know because he worked with buildings.
