HIS RESURGENCE CHAPTER 42Alex sat at the bar next to a man wearing a brown fedora hat.The rest of the bar was empty save for five or six people chatting and ordering drinks.People were smoking a few feet away from a few customers lying on the floor.Skewered meat and other meats sat on the bar.Various people sat around the large open area, a few with their eyes closed, and a couple with their heads lying in their hands.But none of those things mattered to him, his gaze were fixed at the entrance, like he was waiting for someone to walk through it. If things didn't go as planned he didn't know how he would face them.The conference room was empty as the executives and directors were yet to arrive.
