"Vital Alignment Preparation" This technique involves a series of gentle massage-like moves performed on specific points of the body, aimed at aligning and energizing vital organs, especially focusing on liver support.

Aarav employs rhythmic and soothing motions to stimulate key acupressure points, enhancing blood circulation and promoting a balanced flow of energy.

"How are you feeling?" Aarav asked after applying the technique to the old man's body.

"I feel like my body is light as a feather, and I'm very relaxed at the moment!" The old man exclaimed, noticing the sudden relief from the previous pain.

"Good, now I only need to administer the herbs concoction to you, but they aren't here yet," Aarav said and asked the old man.

"Oh, it's been quite some time. Don't worry; they will arrive soon. Speak of the devil, looks like they're here!" The old man nodded, checking the time. Before he could finish, he heard a car screech and looked outside.

"Grandpa, what are you doing here?" Just then, a young and beautiful lady walked in with a worried expression, followed by a group of men.

The lady, Maya Vasudeva, embodied a perfect blend of grace and intelligence. With almond-shaped hazel eyes and long, flowing chestnut hair, she had a slender, elegant frame. Her fashion sense mixed sophistication with trendiness.

"Oh, Maya dear, you arrived on time. Bring the herbs here!" The old man's eyes lit up seeing his granddaughter as he called out affectionately.

"Here are the herbs you asked for, but what are you doing here?" Maya Vasudeva asked her grandpa with a worried expression, giving observing glances at Aarav.

"Haha, Maya dear, this young man is a doctor and is treating my illness!" The old man replied, pointing at Aarav.

"What... this man is treating your illness? How can you believe this man so easily, Grandpa!" Maya spoke in disbelief, giving an unkind look to Aarav.

"Don't be rude, dear. He apparently is the real deal. Also, he is using Naturopathy to treat me!" Old man Allen scolded Maya for speaking rudely about Aarav.

"Young man, don't take offense to my granddaughter's words. She didn't mean any harm by it!" Old man Allen turned to Aarav and spoke softly in an apologetic tone.

Meanwhile, a man who came with Maya couldn't hold back. "Are you seriously letting this amateur treat you, Master Vasudeva? This place is a joke, and so is he!" The man's tone dripped with disdain as he glanced around the humble clinic.

Maya chimed in with a condescending laugh, "Grandpa, this is a mistake. We should take you to a reputable hospital, not rely on this... this place! I can't believe you're trusting your life with someone from this rundown clinic."

Rival doctors from across the other clinic joined the chorus, sneering, "Look at this 'doctor' and his so-called clinic. Probably learned medicine from a children's book!"

Another one added, "I heard this was a 'Wellness Center' here. More like a 'Waste Center' if you ask me."

Aarav, now facing humiliation from multiple fronts, felt the sting of their words, but he kept his calm and was confident in the face of their relentless mockery.

Because he believed in the knowledge in his brain and the mysterious white figure that still lingered in his mind from time to time.

"It's alright. I'm not offended by Miss. I can tell she's just worried about your health!" Aarav smiled, gesturing that he didn't really mind and understanding nodded at the old man.

"But Grandpa, you know Naturopathy isn't an easy field. How can this man have any knowledge of Naturopathy?" Maya expressed her disbelief, thinking this man might have somehow tricked her grandfather. She tried to reason with him.

"I don't know what you did to Grandpa to make him believe in you, but I won't allow you anywhere near my Grandpa." Maya positioned herself between Aarav and the old man, looking coldly at Aarav. Her words made Aarav frown.

"Miss, I understand that this clinic might look old and shabby, and I might appear inexperienced, but I assure you the treatment I plan to give your grandfather is genuine, perfected by my Grandpa over decades of experience." Aarav felt compelled to assure Maya, knowing she was very stubborn and might not allow him to treat her Grandpa.

He mentioned his own Grandpa to make it more convincing for her to believe.

"Maya, I know you won't believe in this young man, but give him the benefit of the doubt. I feel very relaxed after his earlier massage technique he used on me, so I believe his treatment is genuine!" Old man Allen addressed his granddaughter, calming her down.

The man who came with Maya couldn't resist adding his harsh input, "Seriously, Master Vasudeva? Trusting this guy over a hospital? What nonsense!"

Maya, unfazed by Aarav's words, persisted, "But, Grandpa, I already talked with the director of Astraia Memorial Hospital, Dr. Victoria Pearson. She even gave her word that she would invite an expert to treat you!"

"Alright, alright, Miss. Please give me a chance to prove myself. If I'm unable to treat your grandfather, then I'm willing to accept any punishment you deem fit for me!" Aarav decided to humble himself because he knew if this old man left, he would lose a potential patient to treat.

Aarav was also hoping for a connection with this old man and was thinking of asking him to provide him with steady patients.

He needed to treat ten patients before awakening his divine powers. He didn't want to delay his sister's treatment any further.

"Argh... Fine, I'll let you do it this time, but remember, if you mess up, you agreed to let me punish you however I want," Maya warned with a cold stare.

"Yes, yes... you can," Aarav replied, visibly relieved.

He took the herbs and carefully brewed a soup, combining them in unique proportions.

"Here, drink this. I'll help you digest it with my earlier technique," Aarav said, handing the herbal soup to old man Allen, who drank it.

"Oh, I feel a warm sensation in my stomach!" exclaimed Old Man Allen as Aarav, using his divine powers, transformed the ordinary herbs into a miraculous elixir during the digestion process.

Earlier, the soup Aarav gave to old man Allen was just made from regular herbs. However, once Aarav used his divine powers, the soup transformed into a miraculous elixir.
