Water, fire and air

In the world of martial arts, it is not only about how to retaliate against someone's attack on us, nor is it about how we cultivate the Qi energy within ourselves so as to form a power or energy that we can use to protect ourselves from enemy attacks. But it is based on Taoism, or the basic philosophy of kungfu. The teaching of this theory is to live in harmony with the universe, fellow living beings, and most importantly, oneself. The law of this theory is that we are asked to live in harmony with the laws of nature and the cycles of the universe. The circumstances in which we live are interconnected with the universe, and the good or bad things we do will affect the environment around us.
