"I thought you'd be better compared to your family members" Logan voiced and Ava stared at him in confusion.

"What?" she questioned

"Do you have difficulty in comprehending things?" Logan blurted as a comeback. He wasn't expecting himself to say that to her but it did happen anyway.

Ava stared at him for a while after he said that and looked away, back to her laptop without saying anything to him as if what he said made her speechless.

Logan left her office and went to his former office where he know that his grandfather in-law won't find him there. He needed to pick one or two of his things he left there before leaving that day.
