Trash!

"Shut your twerp you trash." A feminine voice resounded in the villa as she looked at the figure kneeling in front of her, the disdain in her eyes was evident.

"Mother, I just need some dollars..."

"Don't call me that, you're not worthy to become my son." The woman, Rachel, snorted, interrupting the man.

"But.."

"Shut up trash, haven't you heard what my mother said?" A voice boomed, interrupting the figure once again.

Harrison sighed as his head dropped low looking at the floor. He couldn't meet the gazes of the two figures before him. One was his mother-in-law and the other was her son.

He had come to the villa to ask his mother-in-law for money as he didn't have a job. Ever since he had managed to graduate from the University five years ago, he had been jobless, and no matter what he did, he just couldn't get a job.

He had been all by himself since a young age and didn't know who his parents were. He had relied on some menial jobs to keep himself going. Then some years ago, he got married to his wife.

The grandfather of his wife believed he had a great future and insisted he get married to his granddaughter. Ever since then, his mother-in-law had despised him and had been calling him useless.

He could only endure all her harsh words as there was nothing he could do about it. Only his wife stood firmly by his side and had supported him since they had been married.

"How about we play a little game, if I'm satisfied, I'll give you what you want." A voice came bringing Harrison out of his thoughts.

Harrison sighed, raising his head as he looked at his brother-in-law. Even though he knew the outcome of whatever game he wanted to play wasn't going to be good, he still clenched his teeth as he replied.

"I'll play."

"There's a little dust on my shoes, I'd like you to help to clean it." Stephen smiled as he stared at Harrison.

"Fine," Harrison muttered as he approached Stephen before crouching down to clean the shoes.

"I just forgot to tell you, you'll have to use your tongue to lick my shoes clean." Stephen suddenly added, making Harrison freeze.

"You dare not do it?" Stephen frowned as he looked at Harrison who seemed to have lost his soul.

"I'll do it." Harrison sighed as he swallowed his pride. He knew he would have no dignity if he did, but he had no other choice.

There had been a saying since ancient times that money could enslave Gods and Demons. One would go to any length just to get it. That was exactly what was happening at the moment.

Harrison sighed and proceeded to lick Stephen's shoes clean. His eyes were red as the humiliation was great.

Bang!

Stephen suddenly raised his legs and kicked Harrison, making the latter fly backwards hitting the wall as he wasn't expecting it.

"I didn't expect that you were a dog. You've truly got no dignity." Stephen laughed as he looked at Harrison who was struggling to stand up.

"Where's that pride of yours, I used to think that you had some pride, but now, I see that it's not there."

"You're not even worthy of cleaning my shoes, do you think I'll allow your cursed self to touch me? Dream on!" Stephen laughed as he ridiculed Harrison.

Harrison's head dropped low as he clenched his fist tightly listening to Stephen's words. He knew he was trash, but then there was nothing he could do about it. He was just truly useless.

He wished the ground would open and swallow him up. But then it was just all wishful thinking.

"I wonder what that idiot of a girl sees in him." Rachel laughed as he looked at Harrison.

"I'd like to see your next move." Stephen smiled as he looked at Harrison whose head was dropped.

"What..."

"Shut up idiot, who do you think you're talking to that way?" A voice came interrupting Stephen.

"And what do you want, Caroline?" Stephen frowned as he turned around to look at the owner of the voice.

"How dare you insult my husband?" Caroline fumed as she stared at her stepbrother.

She had also come to request some money but then had witnessed the scene which made her very annoyed. But then there was nothing she could do against it since her stepmother didn't like her.

"I'd like to see what that trash, you call a husband can achieve?" Stephen laughed.

"You call my husband trash?" Caroline frowned as she stared at her stepbrother.

"I think you're the trash instead. If not for your rich mother, would you be any better than my husband?"

"You stay at home all day lazing around and yet you have the mouth to embarrass someone and call them trash. You, you're no better trash. Besides, I'll say that my husband is better than you, he's a lot more responsible than you."

"How dare you talk that way to my son?" Rachel yelled as she glared at Caroline.

Caroline frowned as she stared at her stepmother. Even though she wanted to say something, she had no other choice but to hold it back.

"I'm sorry, but I'll have to say, what does your son have that makes him better than my husband, he's even more useless than him." Caroline frowned as she looked at her stepmother.

"How dare you?" Rachel fumed.

Stephen on the other hand was fuming with anger. Caroline had just attacked him and all her attacks were launched at his weak spots so there was no way he was going to refute what she said.

"Let's go, Harrison," Caroline muttered as she dragged Harrison out of the villa.

She just couldn't continue staying in such a suffocated place. It was just not possible, the more she stayed at that place, the angrier she got, so she'd rather leave than lose her temper on a bunch of twerps.
