Date night

Jane sighed with her gaze fixed on the large dressing mirror before her. Her black hair was tied into a tight bun.

"It's not a date Jane!" She muttered under her breath and went for red lipstick. She wouldn't want to feed herself with any ideas and even though her relationship with Ken was on a rosy path currently, she'll rather not dwell on any possibilities.

"Perfect!" She mumbled and pressed her lips against each other ensuring they have an even spread of the red lipstick.

Before leaving the hospital that evening, Ken requested that they have dinner in one of the city's five-star restaurants. He was specific with his request. They will be hanging out to celebrate their victory over Charlie who was now behind bars.
