Ken shook his head and grabbed the spare office key Mr. Charles had left behind. He glanced at the square-shaped clock hanging on the wall. It was past 3 pm. He decided to head home.

He locked the office and slid the key inside his pants pocket. Lately, Mr. Charles had entrusted him with opening and locking up his office after working hours.

While making his way out of the company, flashes of the incident he had just witnessed in the restroom began to flutter in his mind. Someone was planning to kill the CEO and there was nothing he could do about it or maybe, there was something he could do.

He hailed a cab and settled in front beside the driver.

"Are you okay?" the middle-aged driver asked after Ken slumped into the car seat. He didn't even bother to wrap a seatbelt.

"Just drive," he replied with his face averted from the driver.

He had concluded that tomorrow, he'll approach Mr. Charles with the issue and as his master will always say, if it doesn't work out today, try again tomorr
