Time to act

Ken folded his arms across his chest and stared at the Lamborghini with his brows furrowing in anger. The dumb Vehicle had to break down in the middle of the road and without Ray in the seat, he couldn't help but feel hopeless.

If he had known that the car was in a bad state, he would have opted for a cab and abandoned it in the hospital's garage but now, the vehicle had to disappoint him on the highway.

He pulled out his phone and called Ray several times but the chauffeur wasn't picking up his calls and to crown to his frustration, no vehicle was coming his way. Ken was hopeless and helpless.

"Damn it!" He muttered under his breath and almost flung his phone.

He began kicking his left tire aggressively, venting out his frustration.

A few minutes later, a vehicle drove down the path. It gave a loud horn and Ken was forced to turn around. The car's reflector was wined down and Jane stuck her head out from the vehicle.

"Is there a problem Dr. Ken?" She asked in a formal tone.
